Fast service in the early morning. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. At this location you are able to get documents notarized, print documents, get postal solutions and business solutions. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and asked to sign in at the front. After telling them I came in for a notary the manager/owner came straight over to assist me. Afterwards the staff rang me up at the register. Clean location and great staff.

This store is always running fast and efficient. I'm never there for more than a couple of minutes. They also give candy to my toddler so he loves to go on errands with me even more.

Quickest UPS I've ever been to, especially considering we came at 5pm on a weekday. Staff was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable! Thank you so much!!

I have had great customer services at this location. Today especially was outstanding. I was selling an item for the first time, and the lady who helped me saw that I wanted to limit the personal information I made available to my buyer on the package and really looked out for me. I appreciate it and will use this location often going forward.

Great customer service! I walked in (a bit unsure) of the packaging needed, etc. George and Kilona were both very helpful and friendly in letting me know what was needed; all with smiles. My absolute favorite UPS store in the Queen City - the staff is very knowledgeable and always provide exceptional service. . . very happy to be able to call and get quotes over the phone too . . . it is clear that the owner of this franchise has found a real gem in the fellow that he hired to manage operations (Abel) . . . two thumbs up!

I was prepared for rethinking my mailings of Christmas gifts...but what a pleasure it was to have them ship my packages. No waiting, helpful, friendly and the price was much less than I thought.

I showed up near closing time and they worked extra hard to get my package on that night's shipment, which was going to leave in five minutes. Very professional, I've never experienced such excellent service.
