I give them 1 star for good clothes, but I spent over$ 300. dollars and when I tried to exchange a outfit that was a little to small to a different size the worker gave me the run around. Talking about i had to come back an talk to the person that sold it to me. I never heard of that,but I will never shop with them again.

They're rude, lazy, and they suck honestly. Like they're just so flat and have no motivation or customer service skills. I'll walk around naked before I shop there again. They're taking up space in the mall. I think the mall should use that space for another bathroom or like a storage closet or just wipe the store out and leave a blank room.

Okay.....this is my first visit to Northlake mall, I walked into this store just to check it out. Upon entering the store this middle eastern man appeared to have been a shopper when he is actually an employee, because he began to follow me around the store, and I mean almost every step of the way. So I am thinking....is he a clerk, security? I don't know but I was beginning to feel irritated with him following me because he never asked if I needed help or how are you doing nothing!!!! just following me. I noticed a cashier sitting on his keester behind the counter, don't understand that either.

Anyway... the stlyle of clothes there seem to cater to the african american youth geared towards a hip hop look. My opinion.....this is another store owned by foreigners who want to gain wealth from the purchases of minorities but at the same time treat us like criminals. I may be wrong, but it is my opinion.

If you need security, hire a professional that stands in a corner and keeps an eye out instead of some yo yo following me around. I would not advise spending money here.

Needed to do an exchange and the guy accused me of wearing the item when I honestly didn’t and was rude about it. There’s no worse feeling being told you’re a lier when you’re telling the truth. if you go anywhere in north lake mall please go to dtlr, Jimmy Jazz or soho
