Stopped in for a printer. Was greeted immediately upon entering store. Kobe filled me in on the benefits of the different printer technologies and costs. So refreshing to get good, honest professional service. Thanks Kobe!

Mrs. Linda (Associate) that handle TSA Precheck Enroll was wonderful, Patient and throughly explained the process. Treated everyone the same her engery was good, attitude and exuded professionalism.

Judging by the other TSA Precheck reviews, I got very lucky. I went too this location at 9am on a Tuesday early August. There was maybe 7 of us already there and only 1-2 people had an appointment. I was 2nd in line without an appointment and was in and out after about a 30 minute wait. When I was there, I was told that mornings are much better than afternoons... So be aware that even if you have an appointment, there may still be some wait time. You'll be processed before walk-ins however you'll be in the queue and in the order of appointment times.

Because there's only one staff and two machines processing the TSA Precheck, it is a bit slower. Plus folks who aren't great with technology take longer. Try to breathe, be patient, and have a lot of grace. Please try to be kind to others and the staff there - everyone is doing his/her best. Bring headphones and podcast, music, or whatever you'd like to listen to. Expect a line no matter if you are walk-in or with an appointment.

I had no issues as a walk-in early morning during the work week. It helps when everyone else was generally in a good mood too and cracking jokes. Oh, if you didn't know, they'll take a photo of you. I didn't know and showed up without my face on (and messy hair woohoo) =D. Pro tip of someone who gets background checks done quite often for volunteering/work: Fingerprinting is done electronically. If your fingerprints aren't passing, take some hand sanitizer (they have them there) and rub/dry before trying again. It's a trick I've learned since I have very thin/non-existent prints on certain fingers!

I recently had an experience at this store where the associates in the print center, Quinn and June, went out of their way on a Sunday evening shortly before closing to ensure I had some extremely important materials that I needed for an event. They were so kind to me, understanding of my situation, and willing to work with me even after my order was placed beyond the hours of the same day pick up window. It’s so hard to come across people who care to help you, especially right before they’re due to go home.

Needed to have a double sided print job done. Quinn was very pleasant and helpful. She even offered me a coupon which ended up saving me $21. Product turned out nice and quick turnaround time in my opinion. Great Experience. Thanks Quinn!!

I used the Staples to complete my TSA application process and would never have thought it would be located in a retailer like this. I was very pleased with the service which was extremely professional quick and courteous. Obviously they are acting on behalf of our government and as such have no control over the process however I will say that I received my KTN within 3 days just as they had said I possibly would. If you are looking to complete your TSA application I would definitely recommend this location and the personnel.

Caleb was able to turn around a terrible mishap made by another staff member to an amazing experience. Came to the store urgently looking for an office chair. Found one I liked for $200, but nothing in stock so he placed an order online for me, was told it would arrive in two days but never did. My chair never arrived so I went back to the store to find out what happened. Long story short after thorough investigation involving a manager and 2 other associates, turned out the cashier made a mistake during checkout that my order never went through (despite my card being charged).

Caleb was able to find the best solution for my unfortunate situation. After refunding my card, he tried to find another store that has my chair but to no avail. He didn’t stop looking, found another chair in stock and gave me a nice discount for the inconvenience and on top of that gave another discount for my keyboard arm rest.

Now that’s customer service at its best! He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and got my chair! Can’t thank you enough! He deserves a recognition for the hardwork and excellence he strived for.

Went in-store today to print several documents and purchase a few other office supplies. The staff was awesome! Laura at the print desk helped me with my printing task and she was phenomenal! She helped me with choosing the best paper,print style and color for the print ink. Another employee helped me by walking me over to the binders to see if we could find a binder like what I was describing to her. The cashier Greg was very friendly and prompt in getting me checked out. Great service guys! Thank you.

First off, let me start by saying that I have never been talented with doing things on time. Valentine’s Day is no exception. So here I sit running behind trying to bring my gift for my girlfriend, of a airline ticket that I designed on the computer, to life. Fast forward to calling around from place to place and boom, Staples. A gentleman named Blessing picks up, no pun needed, although we could drop some of “The Lord works in mysterious ways” adaptations here. He points me in the right direction an insured me they have what I need. I get to the store and walk over to the Photo Center and there stands Mike, another one of Heavens Angels. At the moment he is battling with about 15 other things, including business cards, custom prints, those annoying family photos every one sends out on the holidays, faxing and scanning documents left and right. He stops to assist me, he doesn’t he realize what he’s gotten himself into. He pulls up the document, brings me around the counter, and we go into discussion mode on how to make it better. Little did I know I was dealing with a modern day digital Picasso. A few edits here, a couple high color resolution strokes there, and BAM the masterpiece is complete. With his miracle work finished Mike sends me on up to the front of Heavens Gates. Of course it’s the man who helped insure this project came to fruition, Blessing. We share a brief moment of laughter over my last minute fiasco and off I go into the sunset as one happy individual. Here’s to hoping for substantial raises in your future.

Placed a printing order online, picked it up same day. The guy that helped me in the printing station was fantastic! Really went above and beyond on my order, also helped me print some items I couldn't get their website to come out properly. He was so polite and friendly. Really pleased with my experience!

Mike did a awesome job on my business cards. He really went the extra mile when he didn't have to and that is much appreciated. If it was up to me he would get a pay raise! Also they had the best price I could find local or online

I just left this location after getting business cards printed. The young man that printed them for me had them done not even a full hour after I'd placed the order. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, this was a really good experience.

I purchased an item that did not work and I returned it back to the store. I was informed by the Assistant Mgr that their machine is informing them that the refund cannot go back on my prepaid/debit card. I informed that I have never had a problem before . I was issued a Staples cash card which annoyed me becasue the Assistant Mgr informed that they cannot give cash back.I should not be obligated to buy something at the store especially because I had my receipt and yes I am a frequent shopper but I would like to have my funds either in cash or back on my card. I called and spoke with Customer Service (Angela) and I was informed that I should have received cash back becasue it was under $500 so of course I was annoyed. I went back to the store the beginning of the week and spoke with the Store Mgr Delsa and she was able to resolve the issue. I knew when I did not see her on Saturday, I should have just waited or asked if she was available but I will know should I ever run into a problem again. I also would like to say that Ms. Tiffiany and Delsa are both wonderful in helping in anyway that they can. Ms Tiffiany has a very warm spirt and is always happy everytime I am in the store. It is such a great pleasure to run into kind people like her and Ms Delsa and her crew. Thanks

Very effective. All the supplies we purchased are being donated to Blythe Elementary School. We don't feel that any child should feel lacking because the parents don't take an interest or can't afford to pay. We feel that if we start at the elementary level to promote good study habits more children will stay in school & at least graduate high school. Staples has always been helpful & affordable. Thanks.

So, I came to Staples after having had a horrible customer service experience at OfficeMax down the street (maybe it should be called OfficeMinimum instead )... and I had a far better experience here... The man in the printing area helped us make our wedding invitations exactly how we wanted and worked with us outside of the online service to ensure we didnt have any unnnessesary cost. Excellent service!
