Great local home improvement store. Staff very friendly & helpful. Clearance & sale prices scan correctly at check out unlike Lowe's. Excellent selection & easy to find what you are looking for. Competitive prices. Will come here for everything I need from now on & only go 2 Lowe's if I have 2. Much more welcoming & relaxed environment. Which makes it much easier to shop. Plenty of parking. Nothing negative at all to say about Home Depot.

I recently had a confusing and frustrating experience with an online order that pieces were missing even though the delivery ticket said I got more. Making a trip 40 miles to Tupelo HD to cancel the rest of the order and get what had been delivered picked up was a nightmare. And the service desk help was not friendly at all. Thanks to the delivery driver (I wish I could remember his name) for making good notes counting the pieces and a again when he picked up made for a life saver! Went back to HD and got Kaylan(with a n) Fleming and she was so professional and understanding. She listened to my concerns got the right information and my refund in mins. I was dreading another experience like before. So my review went from a 1 to a 5 .

The app stays well maintained as far as quantity and placement goes and Isaac and Chelsea in the paint department were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Reasonable prices too

I will always shop here from now on! The employees is what makes this store number 1 to do business with! I mean that. I hope corporate takes notice of this, as a customer, I experienced it! Customer service is 199 per!

Woods is high but love my deck plus new appliances couldn't bet the price

Not a big fan of the orange box....but they are the only ones that sell dewalt battery operated nail and brad guns. Prices are good. Employees are helpful. Store was pretty well stocked.

The prices are ridiculous!

I am normally a Lowe’s in Columbus,Ms. However, Home Depot has the flooring I was looking for much cheaper. Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted with a smile and asked to help. As we shopped, we were asked by at least 10 different employees if we needed help! I loved it. Lowe’s employees go out of their way to avoid you. But Home Depot is completely different. It was a great experience and the store has won my business.
