I've been a CRICKET customer for 15 yr. My son talked me into switching to SPECTRUM 2 yr ago and he would pay my bill and my grandsons,BIG MISTAKE!! I went back to CRICKET because they have the BEST PLANS, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE with no hidden charges or extra fees,taxes,etc. I have my favorite store on PERRIN-BIETEL/ THOUSAND OAKS.Laura has been there for YEARS. She is very knowledgeable, patient and always pleasant. I now have 3 new phones from CRICKET(FREE) and me and my 2 grandsons bill is only $110($33 each)per month. If I have a question or don't know how to use a certain feature Laura is always very kind to help me. I will NEVER LEAVE CRICKET!! I've already experienced nightmare issues with ATT,SPRINT,& SPECTRUM
Also what's even better is my S22ULTRA is now compatible with Cricket.

I walked in her store Tuesday July 26 and asked if this was a "corporate store" etc...explained how Ive been locked out of GMAIL & ALL Google apps for 15 mos.! Zero customer support from a human, only a. Recovery Acct form to answer to ,wait 3-5 days for response! B.S.! Ive done this 15x and still locked out. I was even more mad after i explained the story, without hesitation she offered to try at it for me. We answered questions. Now wait 3 days. Later that night i decided to just buy new phone and service from her. Friday. July 29 i woke up late for work and got the dsy off. I called Marquel she suggests the LG Spree promotion so i got it without concern of details...trust wasnt an issue she earned it 3 days earlier, i reminded her we should check the google response. I Got It! MARQUEL RECOVERED MY GMAIL and Google accts! 15 months and out of nowhere I received more than expected assistance without even asking.
