I had an excellent customer service experience with Kaelin. I live in a rural part of VT in the fringe of cell tower connection. She was knowledgeable about the area and set me up with a phone and sim for the 15 day trial. In the end I didn’t have cell service, and returned the phone free of charge. If coverage in my area changes I look forward to working with US Cellular.

Michael at the Walpole store was awesome to deal with and very helpful ! Has a great attitude and personality someone who loves what he does ! Highly recommend you go and see him. I’ve been with us cellular since they were taken over and before that. Have always gotten great reception service from them will always stay with them.
