Colin in the pharmacy deserves a raise he was so nice! 15/10 give that man a raise!

I overheard the staff complaining about whatever... I just know it was negative. That's just not good for customer service

Awh I see why you guys got a bad rating and I'm guessing this doesn't have anything to do with the pharmacy. You call and we get a robot. I mean like wth robots barely even know English.

Me and my great friend bryson went in to buy a bouncy ball and candy but we were threatened to get kicked out by that absolute opp of a worker I’m not sure of her name but she is some young lady there usually wearing a vest and I was very unhappy with the way she treated us for testing her products before buying them and I think that she just has a problem with fun because she didn’t get much of it when she was younger so she has to take it away from us

I understand the employees are tired, over worked and under paid, but how I’ve been treated by them is really uncalled for. I believe in worker solidarity, but the male teen (I did not get his name) at the front end always treats me like I’m some disgusting nuisance whenever I ‘dare’ to interrupt him when he’s talking with his friends or on his phone when I just want to check out my items and go home. The only thing that saves this store is Edward, he’s always nice even if he is a little bit slow on the uptake, but that’s really not an issue when he’s really kind and understanding.

I went in, I had a headache I went to purchase ibuprofen, then when I got in my car and opened the bottle there was a dead roach inside. I took the roach out to see if there was any pills in there, there wasent. it seems the roach ate all the ibuprofen and that's how it died. I still have my headache as I can not afford to buy another bottle so now I have a headache and a roach.

Please, close this branch. I have not been able to pick up my insulin for well over a month. I receive texts about allegedly ready prescriptions that do not exist in the world in which we live, then I drive from another town hoping for insulin.

When I arrive, like Lucy holding the football, this store is either closed or just doesn't have the insulin I need. At this point, it'd be cheaper and more convenient for me to take the Vermonter train up to Canada and bring back over-the-counter insulin from there.

The one star is because they carry Smokehouse Almonds, which are the best snack food conceived by God or man.

I fail to understand why this location remains open.... The pharmacy is closed so frequently that it's beginning to be a REAL problem for more folks than just me, I'm sure. I need a medication that my Dr. sent in yesterday (Monday). When I called to see if it was received, and when I could pick it up, I was notified that the pharmacy was CLOSED (the store is open) until today (Tuesday). I called the pharmacy this morning (3x) beginning at 9:10AM -given the fact they open at 9. No one picked up the phone. I spoke with a gentleman in the 'store' portion who transferred my call - twice - and STILL no one picked up the phone. This is a REAL problem for folks needing meds. If you can't service your customers -- for WHATEVER reason, lock the doors and we'll be happy to drive across the river to Walpole, or better yet -- choose another provider. This is absurd.

I have to justify the one star so I’ll say that at least the guy at the front told me “have a good day.” Everything else was a nightmare here though.
The pharmacy tech literally yelled at me because I didn’t know where the line was. I had came to get a replacement card for my COVID vaccines since I had lost it on my move here from NC and needed it to start my job at the hospital. She asked me where I had gotten my shots so I started to say “I got it in North…” The clerk immediate cut me off and said I had to get a replacement there. She then just walked away without saying another thing.
I KNOW THAT’S NOT POLICY because I had called the Walgreens in Lebanon right after, drove there, and got my replacement in 5 minutes. How about the pharmacy tech at this one cut the attitude and do her freaking job?

Y Don't you just close the Bellows Falls Walgreen the PHARMACY is never open and your not doing any of your customrs any .
