I arrived when the store opened at 9:00 a.m. and was the only customer. Juan greeted me immediately and was friendly. He was the only employee there, as his three coworkers had not come in yet (and still had not by the time I left at 10:00 a.m.). I needed a new phone and Juan went over the options that I requested and got right to work on getting me set up. He tried his hardest to help get all my info retrieved from the phone I had just dropped and broken and went the extra mile. He was also getting the store set up for the day at the same time, again, as he was working alone. During this time, other clients came in. He greeted every one of them as they came in the door, kept calm and was very professional. If I need to go back in this store for anything, I will definitely ask for Juan....excellent customer service and very reliable!!

Alexis did some brilliant troubleshooting by carefully listening and figuring out how to factory reset my broken phone. She was so helpful and easy to work with. I nominate her for employee of the year!

I am so grateful for Jaun who restored all my information, after a Walmart Vorzon representative wiped my phone . Then told me the only way I could retrieve my information was to buy a new phone from him and spend over $400.00. Juan at the Verizon store was able to do it with out that cost. Juan thank you again. I would recommend this store in the White Mountains and stay as far as possible from any Walmart phone representative. 10 stars to Marteen and your team . Again great job Juan

The in store rep Juan was amazing!!! We all had a long day was at the store for 7 plus hours dealing with a horrible call in customer service! But Juan stayed patient and kept call to make sure things got done right! That young man deserves a raise!!!

Such a far better experience with show low Verizon than Pinetop.
I was helped within good time, was shown product and different choices of product. They were honest and followed through. Was happy with the service and product! The gentleman Juan took his time and offered extra help thank you!

Best store on the mountain, sometimes there's a bit of a wait if you don't make an appointment but the service is always worth it.

Theo was so helpful and hemade me feel like he really cared and spoke very simply.

The Show Low store was amazing! I changed from an Android to an IPhone. Orlando made that transition very easy and comfortable! I’m enjoying my new 14 Pro! Small learning curve but nothing major.

They were very very busy!! At least 6 people being helped. All I wanted was a new charger. Without skipping a beat the young man that helped me simultaneously kept helping a customer get his new phone set up. What I thought was going to be at least a half hour to a hour of waiting was 10 min. Fantastic employee!!

Absolutely fantastic experience with the Victra location here. Staff was able to help upgrade my phone and much more! (Apple watch & IPad hooked up on my lines for free on the holiday deal too) Highly appreciate the crews help and them walking me through step by step. New to the upgrading and had a lot of questions, if they don’t know the answer they’ll find it. Big props and will recommend them 100%

Even though the parking lot was more than half occupied, the staff was moving through clients at a good clip.
Mr. Brimhall was very attentive & helpful with the issue of a phone that couldn't make or receive phone calls.
Within a few minutes, the problem was resolved.
It's refreshing to receive good customer service.

Enjoy the experience there. Most of my phone business has been done online for the last 7 years but I really enjoyed McKenna at the store. She was happiest person in the store and obviously enjoys her job.
