Stoped by to get a phone for my daughter right before closing time and very glad Dylan was there. He helped me with my purchase and went out of his way. Much appreciated. Great service.

I was having a technical issue with my phone. They aren't really a tech center, but Dylan still went out of his way to help me. I really appreciated it. Even though he couldn't resolve it in the end, he gave me suggestions on what to try next.

Dylan was incredibly helpful and personable. Knew how to save me a ton of money and was pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend

We stopped in today to upgrade my phone and had a very pleasant experience. Ben greeted us immediately and was helpful, kind and polite. The store was clean and had everything we needed today. We appreciate the customer service and knowledge Ben provided and we will continue to do our business at this location.

Flora was outstanding. I lost my phone and was shipped a new one. Then I found my old phone. Flora sorted it out and reactivated my old phone. What great friendly service.

I will be coming here for all my AT&T needs from now on! Arrianna not only helped me get set up with phone, internet and tv service but she made me feel like FAMILY. My kids were really active during our visit there because they were hungry and all I had on me was my EBT card. Unfortunately there was no places to eat around there that served hot meals. Seeing all this Arrianna gave my children her freshly ordered Popeyes chicken lunch even though she was clearly pregnant and I’m certain she was hungry as well. These days, it’s not common that you go into store fronts and the personnel goes above and beyond to make sure you are really taken care. Arrianna did just that! Arrianna is compassionate, patient and has superior knowledge in every aspect of the AT&T business and will see to it that your experience is nothing less and superb.

Stephen the manager was so thorough and professional I felt it was important to say give him a really good recommendation. So often people love to complain and forget to say when they get exceptional service. Please realize that when you have good people doing a good job it reflects on the company.

I hope you will do what is necessary to keep these people happy. I also have had a very good experience with another employee at this location, Joey.

Phone store experiences have always been a bit of chaos whenever you need to go in. This store is clean, relaxed and everyone is super helpful to make sure needs are met. Really appreciate this! We’ve been helped numerous times by D’Angelo and he’s the best and gets things resolved quickly and in a friendly way that doesn’t feel salesman like, almost like he truly wants you to get the best service.

The sales associate Isaiah was the most helpful AT&T employee I have ever encountered. He kept me company while we waited for an authorization, and he helped me find the right phone that I needed. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I had such a great time I would come back here just to hang out. 10/10 service.

We received phenomenal service from April! She was incredibly patient and helpful on a very difficult transition if 2 phone lines from Verizon Business to ATT. She was very friendly and technically savvy.

Abril and Cristy were very knowledgeable and professional. They switched over 4 numbers for us, added two new phones, added screen protectors, completed backups, all without any problems. A+ service. Highly recommend this store and staff.

I recently joined ATT after being with Verizon for five years. Brenda was the associate that helped me out. She was absolutely amazing she was knowledgeable of the different phones I was interested and was thorough in explaining the plans and services. Thanks ATT and Brenda! I love new new iPhone!

Sarah, the store manager, was outstanding! She was super committed to making sure we got the best deal available on our iPhones and DirecTV.
