My favorite CVS the customer service here is excellent. They are quick friendly courteous and eager to assist you. I also get my prescriptions filled here and they also are quick friendly courteous and eager to assist you. A lot more of their items qre locked up but that insures your product will be there and protect it from being looted by the vast criminal element in Philly right now. Hopefully this will change soon quickly with a new mayor. Keep up the great work here Please 🙏

I had 70.00 worth of products in my cart. With all my app coupons, I paid only 21.00. If you have the app and pay 5.00 a month, they give you your 5 back, plus another 5, plus coupons. Lots of them. Some say 35% off total sale plus your 10.00, that's the only time I shop there. So worth it!!!!

I had to pick up some prescriptions today from this location. As soon as I got to the pharmacy, I saw how busy they were. The phones were ringing, people were getting Covid shots, people were getting tested in the drive-through, and people were there picking up prescriptions. I was having a problem with my new insurance and even though they were all very busy, the staff was very patient and helpful in figuring out my issue and solving it. Thank you to all of the pharmacy staff that have been working so hard throughout this pandemic.

The people that work here should get Hazard pay. The unreal trash that comes in here reminds me of Kensington and Allegheny. One woman asking for Western Union while it's bust and the Associate says I will be right with you was not good enough. If you don't like it go to a bank!!! Then you have Heroin Henry who is cursing at one the employees because he dropped out in the 5th grade and cannot use the self checkout. I have lived here 38 years of my life and never have I seen such a spectacle. I shop here all the time and say please and thank you as I was raised with respect. The customers need home training. I see All these bad reviews and believe me 99% of the time it's the customers ignorance. These employees work hard, are short staffed and given very little respect. Sorry to rant but I've seen enough.

Never had a problem at the CVS at Bustleton & County Line. Always found the staff to be courteous and helpful. Cashiers are always friendly, even when I have a huge order with my 32% off coupon! Present manager is awesome too.
