AT&T Store

Came into this location with my dad to upgrade his phone and service plan. Hailey was outstanding! She guided us through the process, helped transfer data from the old phone and explained how to make adjustments necessary for my dad to use the phone. Hailey was very patient, professional and courteous. She gave us the time and full attention. When we returned a few weeks later with a question, she immediately resolved the issue.

The entire team at this store was incredibly friendly and helpful! I went to two other AT&T stores in PA AND one in NJ. The costumer service that I received at this location was impeccable. I’ve been having problems with my phone randomly going on SOS and my network not working. The manager at the store Destiney, was so kind and professional. She took the time to sit with me and not only figure the problem with my phone, she also assisted me in figuring out how to work my phone. I knew the basics but she went in depth on the updates on my phone and all the new little things I could now do on my phone. Walking into that store, the atmosphere was welcoming and warm. If anyone is looking for a new phone, or needs help with their electronics, please go to this store. They were amazing and you’ll definitely be happy with your service!

We stopped into this store for help in transferring information from old iPhone to new iPhone. Kenny was so very helpful in not only doing this for us but explaining what he was doing. There was an issue in getting the iPhone to work and, rather than telling us to find out why and getting it done on our own, Kenny made the necessary calls( of course asking our permission) and got it working. What should have taken 30 minutes took approximately 2 hours. All the time Kenny was pleasant, informative, polite, friendly and very patient.
I definitely recommend this particular location to anyone who needs assistance or products from AT&T to use this location. Thank you Kenny for all your help and patience!

Just switched over to AT&T, the staff was respectful and patient with a lot on knowledge on all of the products. Would recommend stopping here with questions and upgrading!

Ron helped me tonight. I called the day before I went in, and he was super informative over the phone. When I went into the store, it was smooth sailing. The best AT&T store I've been to. Was there on 8/16 in the evening and a nice gentleman helped me out there, unfortunately I don't recall his name; but this is the AT&T store to go to, they know their stuff, bottom line.
