Went in today to realize there is a new program. Gus helped us get everything set up as well as ensured we received our points. Gus was so amazing I asked to complete a survey. I made sure to go this extra mile for him as he did for us. Thank you Gus

There's so many wonderful things to find when it comes to supplies or even an awesome desk to wanna have in ones own home, so it's a main reason why I would recommend STAPLES to Friends & Family. It's a place to make your own home room into an awesome looking office or gaming space!

I submitted an online order a few weeks ago for a same day stamp and worked with Cynthia in the printing center on it. She was so great, she emailed me a proof and called me before I came by to pick it up because the design I had made wasn't coming out to great on the stamp. She double checked if they had more of the same type of stamp and they did so she offered to redo it for me with an adjusted design free of charge. She was great, and pick up was smooth after that. The stamp helped for gifts of over 100 students and worked great through it all.

The employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Checkout is fast and the cashier's are friendly.

The gentleman who helped me was super friendly, went out of his way to help me, very professional, made a very good suggestion. He wasn’t wearing a name badge so I couldn’t catch his name. 😔

This place is clean always will stocked and the customer service is outstanding last week I had an issue with my printer and one of the staples associates (Gerardo) I believe went above and beyond to help me thank a lot kid I appreciate you you made this experience so much easier. I will definitely be returning here for all my office supplies needs

Walked into Staples, I had 10 minutes to get what I needed and to leave . The gentleman named Reggie. Was able to point out everything I needed. Went to the cash register done in under 10min. Also a very clean and an organized store.

Great staff. I always find my products right away. And if i have any questions, Staples staff is always around to help out.

Location is convenient. Easy to find what I need.

I am so grateful for the printing dept. It was 30 minutes before the store closed and I made a call and was greeted by Angelica she told me she could help me if I got there before they closed. I rushed to the store and she was there with a smile. I handed my phone over to her and told her what I needed and I was so confused as how to do it myself. Within 15 min everything I needed was printed. She was a true blessing. If it were me behind that desk I would have cringed at the sight of a customer right before closing. Angelica was so sweet my anxiety was non existent because she was so smooth and calm.

Had my passport photo done here and was in and out in ~10 minutes (with pictures in hand). Plus everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for passport photos.

Excellent customer service! I was helped by VIC at printing on my new business cards. They came out perfect. Extremely knowledgeable and always has a smile. I use staples quite often and it's a pleasure going there for all my scan printing needs. Everybody has been super helpful. 5 stars it is. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I come here for my last minute shipping needs and staff is very helpful plus rates are reasonable. I love those special finds. For example, today I found a real pretty diamond pen that I had to have and a super cute note pad with bible quotes. I am one of their usual customers.

Had the best experience going into this store to pick up a notebook and set of pens Nancy helped me find what I was looking for. Knowledgeable on the product the store has and was polite even though I had a lot of questions.

I always use this store , although i have Office max near by and this store three times more to travel but i prefer this store over that. Compared to the service , politeness, willingness of employees at this store stands on highest level i have experienced
Every body specially near printer, i have encountered such a gracious service, i was reluctant to show that I don't have basic skills to print from my phone but the girl at staples stood by me and walked me thru step by step until i was done.

Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough! Last night I was freaking out cause I had to get labels done for quince invitations. After being told they couldn’t do them for me, Dominic assisted me on getting me setup with the HP inkjet laser printer. And I was able to get my labels done.

I did mess up and forgot to include a few people on my list. So my brother and mom had to go to the Staples in Norco in the morning and they told them that they couldn’t do it and no is no, and that’s it. With some rudeness. No help.

So I sent him to Staples in Eastvale and guess what?!!! He was assisted promptly and they went again above and beyond.

I have lived in Staples, several Staples, for the past two months. I am always able to print, scan, and fax with ease. I'm so grateful Staples is available in every city I visit, so I can promptly take care of any business that arises.

I was misinformed by another Staples location regarding a printer trade-in program where I get $50 off towards any new printer. Turns out it was only Epson at the time. Tom, the manager on duty was kind enough to make an exception. The employee that was helping me was great as well. Unfortunately I couldn't remember her name. But she was fast, courteous, and efficient. Did my recycling of the printer, cartridges, and purchase my new one quickly. Now I'm gonna have lunch. Thanks to the Staples staff that helped me out.

Andrew & Richard in the printing department are phenomenal when it comes to customer service! Both went above and beyond when I was in your store, they made sure they answered every question and helped me with their professional inputs!Thanks to BOTH Andrew and Richard I left smiling and very pleased, I will definitely be back!
