Upon arrival, I was greeted by a worker named Herman. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and he helped me get the parts I needed for my car. He provided great service. I have been here before and was not satisfied with the service I received. Herman adds value to the company and deserves a raise and promotion 👏

Very helpful at times I been there about 4 times and 2 out of the 4 they were great the gentlemen helped me out a lot and the last time I asked the young lady for help and she was sitting on the check stand and told all they had was on the isle never got up to show me the difference like the other gentlemen did

It’s my first time to go this location. Just for windshield washer fluid. The employee was so nice to add the fluid to my car with the store funnel. This is a great store.

One thing I appreciate is walking in and immediately being directed to the location of what I'm looking for. Good job gents!

Went in today with a check engine light on and gas cap issues. Herman was very knowledgeable and knew his products well. I was able to get the right part and fixed the problem due his help. Will be coming to this Autozone for all my car needs.

I love coming to this store. They are always stocked and the employees behind the counter are fairly knowledgeable.

The employee's are helpful and kind. Yesterday, I needed to replace coolant and the employee looked up my make and model of car quickly .This Auto Zone is Fantastic! you probably will save money because the people who work there are very knowledgeable

I’ve had good customer service from autozone but this was a million notches above that. Johnny not only answered my questions he went beyond that. I really am thankful that he was able to assist me and had nothing but patience for someone like me who doesn’t know much about cars. Even from the way he greeted me I could tell he really loves to help people. Thanks again for your hard work Johnny it is much appreciated.

All the staff here are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. As i walk in i see them goong out of their way to help a customer. I get inside and someone immediately started helping me.

...and most importantly ther price, they saved me like 300 bucks. Very pleased.

The guys and gals that work here are fantastic. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a problem I had. I lost my receipt and was sitting at LAX, I called the store and they were gracious enough to send me a copy!

That speaks volumes to the level of customer service that isn't common at most auto parts stores.

Great service from the young ladies that assisted me the multiple times i vistited the store. Very professional and aware of their products and cars.

We went to this store today to have my car battery checked. Tia came to the rescue. She checks the battery and found out that the battery is still good and that the problem was a loose connection. So she re-tightened it and everything went back to normal. In addition, she also shows me how to check the oil level and the location of the freon connection. I don't know anything about cars, but I learned valuable lessons today. Thank you Tia!

I come in there at least 2-3 times a month. I have always been greeted by Johnny F. He is always helpful and knowledgeable about the certain items I am looking for on my Vette. Highly recommend your store.

Went in to get windshield cleaner and windshield wipers cleaned. Steve was VERY helpful SUPER friendly and provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. One of the wipers was missing a piece so he helped me find a new wiper that would fit my car. After 3 different tries in the rain I would’ve been annoyed but Steve has the biggest smile on his face and was so happy to help me. Best experience I’ve ever had. Somebody please give Steve a raise.

I went here to buy a battery because the battery AAA sold me was bad. Just as I was about to purchase the manager came out and advise me to double check with AAA because she was almost certain I had a warranty. Thanks to her I did have a warranty and she honestly saved me $100 or more bucks! She was honest and the staff was very helpful! I will be going back!

Came in today and a young man with dreadlocks and amazing smile offered to help me change my remote control battery he was super attentive, nice and sweet. Thank you 😊
