This is one of the busiest Kroger locations that anyone can find anywhere and they have steady employees and great selections and deals. Been a customer for over a decade. If you ever have a complaint or issue they will listen and correct it. The employees work very hard. Be kind.

Moving from Tempe to Mesa it was difficult to find a place that would satisfy the needs and demands of our new digs. Then fry’s happened to come into view one day. So my beautiful wife and I checked it out,great barber 💈shop upon entering the store followed by an amazing expansive adventure 🤙. If you need it they have it food wise, electronics, household stuff just great. When you’re a geezer at 68 it’s impossible currently to find a decent pharmacist and pharmacy. We tried multiple places that were incompetent,seriously understaffed with lackadaisical employees that desperately needed training on just basic customer service. Fry’s pharmacy to the rescue 🤩. Clean , modern and well staffed this is the light at the end of the tunnel. The techs are knowledgeable helpful people, smart & kind. A rarity as of late. This is our new home for meds & medication advice because after searching through all east Mesa pharmacies it is simply the best choice in the valley period. You don’t get this efficient without fantastic leadership from the friendliest pharmacists in the valley of the sun 🌞. Thanks fry’s. Stuart & Dilanna willstead

This store is very clean, the cashiers were great. Cashier at self check was awesome & quick to act when a sudden glitch happened at the machine. She (Brianna) made sure to fix the glitch without question with a genuine smile and a heartfelt apology.

Nick was an excellent employee and was very professional and knowledgeable about where things were in the store which helped plenty

I love my neighborhood Fry's. I was just in yesterday getting what I needed for July 4 dinner and I could not find the little bag of Hawaiian bread rolls. Just as I was stopping to think about where to look, one of the employees asked me if I needed any help. She immediately showed me where the rolls were and I was so grateful. She was wearing a hair net and I saw her walk to the back behind the doors of the deli area. I want to thank her for her help and just want to say thank you to everyone that works here for all of your hard work. This is my favorite store.

It never seems the fail, if I stand for a Moment, the help and customers will help you locate what you're looking for. And the cashiers have walked me back to the aisle if they knew where the product was. *****

Pretty cool place! Worth a stop

I was able to order all of my groceries and everything was in stock. The pick up process is so convenient and really makes the chore of grocery shopping so much nicer. I also feel like I am not spending extra money by buying things on impulse.

Malissa in the bakery is PHENOMENAL. She is always super helpful, even when my requests are last minute. I've gone to other locations and stores whose bakeries are not nearly as nice as this one, I always know I'll walk out of the store with exactly what I need when I come here. I highly recommend this location, especially the bakery department!!!!

Adela at self checkout today was great. She was kind, patient and attentive. Had multiple items that needed security devices removed and items that triggered the checkout process. She quickly resolved all issues professionally handling the role. Thank you for your hard work!
