AT&T Store

My experience with this company is horrible. They billed me on a closed account for over a year. They continue billing me even after I have confirmed that the account is closed. DO NOT use them for any services. I had Uverse. I closed the account and they only closed ONE portion of it, they opened a NEW account to keep billing. I came to discover this a year later. THEY NEVER provided a service but kept billing. I called, chat, you name it...they keep billing me. They also did this to the company I work for....billed $23K for a service they weren't providing....guess what!!!?? It's my fault for allowing the bank to pay and not catch it. NEVER did I receive an apology or money back. In fact, they are still billing. RUN... This company is a mess. If you have the same problem, join the class action lawsuit.
