Throughout all my years, I have never encountered a manager who cared so much! The way she went above and beyond to acknowledge me and ensure everything was in order was honestly surprising because I don’t often experience customer service like that. Whatever you're paying her isn't enough, and I don’t even say that as a joke. I am almost certain her name was Melissa. Thank you again!

Super knowledgeable staff that's always helpful. Seems like they're short staffed sometimes, but even when that's the case, they're here to help out and answer questions.

Okay so the Sales Rep who helped us was a guy named Boo. Boo was so helpful and super knowledgeable. Every question given to him by myself my son my husband and the 2 other customers were answered quickly and with great detail. The store only allows a few people in at once so that was nice. It was like having the store to yourself kinda. Anyway we will be back. Thanks Boo

In tuesday I went to the store and there was a lady and i asked her can I buy a switch they said no you would have to order online if you want it now you need to buy the hole bundle thats 530.00 so we went thursday and there was a guy i asked him can I buy a Switch and he said yes and um like thats strang but i rate this gamestop 5 stars they are respectful so 5 stars.😀😀😀😀😀😀🎆🎆🎆🎆✌✌

Matt, the store director, has a vast knowledge of the all that Game Stop offers.
His team of employees are top notch. He appears to have a good sense of people.

The guys there are mad chill. They sometimes even go the extra mile to send reminder calls on your preorders or check availability in other stores when ever they are out of copies for certain games. Definitely my first choice when looking for games.

Its a good place to buy games.(the have games for ps4, xbox,ect.) They have headsets for ps4 and xbox. If you want a specific thing and you dont see it ask them and they would check if they have it.
