Joana was very helpful I only went in to get price to upgrade and go back to order a new phone but she made the transition so easy the only fallback was my old iPhone took forever to update to new one because I did not update so we kept her past closing which she was not upset I would give her a 10 she was very knowledgeable, from a very happy customer

Joanna was awesome. We needed to complete a few steps first and she went above and beyond to help me get my phone working.

Dan was incredibly helpful and so patient with me while I purchased a new phone. He went above and beyond to make sure everything transferred smoothly and that I was getting the best possible service he could provide. This store was 10x better than the larger corporate stores due to the immediate walk in care I received and absolutely no feeling of being rushed just to get to the next customer. I felt like Dan cared greatly to ensure my experience purchasing a new phone was successful! I cannot recommend Dan and this specific store enough. I will be back for sure.

I own a fold. I bought it and a bundle including new screen protectors.. for 2 months no one could seem to track down any for my phone. I told Joanna and two days later.. I had my screen protectors

I appreciate the fast and simple process. I was a little disappointed there wasn’t a selection of colors to pick from. However, I was offered to have it ordered within a few days. I could’ve waited but a color doesn’t make a difference with a case on. Overall, satisfied experience.
