The UPS Store

Always friendly, even the newest members of the team. They have a learning curve, but they are polite while learning. It is my preferred location because I’ve found them to be friendly and helpful. I used them when they were located in a different shopping center and continue to use them now. Best feature….more parking space! Nice people.

Great service! Employees working this location today were helpful & courteous! After going to 2 other locations and being denied service for minor issues in the packing/ship label & poor attitude i finally got my packages sent.

Steph is an all star. This store handled a drop off and packaged and shipped my goods to Maryland. The packaging was flawless. Items arrived intact and great. Thank You!

The staff in this store go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They greet you by name and bring your packages before you can get the slips out of your box. They even suggested a way to help me save time and be more efficient when I went into the store. They are courteous and efficient. This store has been a blessing since I started and am learning how to run my own business. I’m grateful for their support.

Always had great service at this location. Today particularly there was no wait and the representative was very helpful in telling me my options and services for what I needed done.

If they could get the owner of this store to manage the United States Postal Service we would all be better off Or better yet close the usps and just use ups save the cointry a bunch of money This store Rocks in and out Cant say that about the other Ups store in Bowie I drive the extra distance to go to this store I avoid United States Postal Service, as much as possible bad experience all around I highly recommend the store even if you gotta pay a little more well worth it

I sell high-end lamps to clients throughout the U.S., and this is my go-to location for shipping. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, skilled and creative when packaging my items. My lamps have all arrived intact and within the suggested time frame.

I highly recommend this location for all shipping related services.

Walked in for the notary service. The clerk said nicely , “ He’s at lunch . 20 min”
I waited. 20 min later I was in and out. I saw many customers coming and going. Very nice, efficient, professional personnel. I always use this UPS. While I was in there I overheard another customer say how glad she was she came here. Just sayin 👍

This UPS is excellent on all fronts. I’ve been using this UPS for many years. I followed them here when they moved from their old location. They go above and beyond to be helpful. One day I had a lot of packages and an employee/manager offered me a cart to bring my items in. I only had digital return codes and when my phone was dying he brought out a battery pack and cable so I could charge my phone to scan the codes! Just a few examples of the excellent customer service.

Update ... dropped off two packages today 3/25/24 at 10am. Took all of 30 seconds!! Outstanding service.

Nice place to return Amazon stuff and better shipping prices than its big time competitor. I mailed an empty suitcase here for at a very reasonable price. It arrived quickly, and I didn’t need to box it or anything. I highly recommend.

The customer service at this location is excellent ! Because of this I always go to this location. They are so pleasent ! They always acknowledge you when you're waiting in line. They put the customers first . Just this morning I was waiting on by Sang he was so helpful and patient with me . I had to go back in the store and he was super busy however he still acknowledged me. Keep up your good work!

Been going to this UPS for years. This is their new location but I've been working with their same staff since their old one. I just finished a big move then they helped ship very expensive electronic equipment and everything happened perfectly. Everyone in the store is very nice and knowledgeable about UPS services.

Excellent staff and a one stop place for all shipping and printing needs my office needed to get a mail box here and it was an incredibly easy and affordable process. Sung is an excellent manager. I Highly recommend this UPS store location.

Very nice staff. Clean store with two computer work stations for those who need to do prints there. It's located between Good Jerry Chinese Food and America's Best Wings.
Lots of parking

John and Nicole were very helpful to me during shipping. They were quick, helpful and caring about what you want and need as a customer. They are ALWAYS 5 stars in my book.
