This location carries a wide variety of animals that look healthy and happy and seem to be well taken care of. This store is always clean and the staff are also helpful and friendly. This petsmart carries feeder rats/mice and other frozen feeder items for turtles and fish.

Came here for the vet inside got my pup looked at she's a pitbull that has really bad allergies and the price wasn't what we expected it was a lot cheaper with the insurance I expect to pay a 500 to $700 but it wasn't it was only 2 something. They said as long as we kept doing she'll stay healthy. (We use salmon oil with their food, which is in the pictures below, you get it from Amazon) but she stayed really healthy because the salmon oil and that's what helped her allergies stay at Bay but her ears just got to bad so we had to take her to the vet. The staff was really friendly it was quick I'm glad we found this place 😄😄😄

I went to go to the vet located inside the back of the store. Banfield has a technician named Christyne that is the best thing that ever happened to that place! THE most professional, and knowledgeable person I have ever seen. I don't and would never bring my fur baby anywhere else. If she ever leaves, we will definitely follow! She's the best!

I went to this location for help getting necessities for a new baby water turtle my husband found for our son. I knew nothing about the requirements to care for a turtle nor did I want to BUT ended up here anyways.

I don’t normally write reviews, but the customer service that I received had to be shared & recognized! Marcella was truly OUTSTANDING and you can immediately see her love for animals. She was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. She provided me with suggestions, do’s/dont’s, and expectations for our new turtle. All of my questions were answered and she actually got me excited about our new UNPLANNED addition. I would come back to that store just for her! Marcella is what customer service should represent, thank you!

Ms. Kim at Columbia, MD Snowden River Petsmart is the best! Simply the best! She has expertly groomed my pets for 10 years . My yorkie Winston loves her and so do we!!! She has outstanding customer service and is a beautiful spirit! She is just like family and definitely the MVP!!!

So I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!! I previously went to another location and I had a less than pleasant experience as time went on so I checked out this location. My Brooklyn hates getting her nails trimmed and I swear we considered sedation for her nail trimming. I mentioned before they took her back and I expected them to not even bother once she would get fussy but NO! Her cut and nails were perfect and the groomer (which I didn’t get her name) was so patient and I’m so happy I made the switch will most definitely be coming back!!!

I had an exceptional experience today at PetSmart. Chance, my dog, has not been able to be groomed because of the backlog at groomers due to the pandemic. My first time at PetSmart & Chance has a nice fresh summer cut and was ready in less than 2 hours. Thanks Imani!

My boyfriend and I went to petsmart where we were met with the most AMAZING customer service we had ever experienced in an establishment. Paris was extremely kind and helpful. She was able to answer all of our questions and even gave us an opportunity to hold some of the animals. We are really interested in getting a snake, so being able to have our first interaction with one alongside Paris , really gave us the confidence we needed as future first time snake parents.

Trey has great customer service and is very pleasant and helpful. As an older woman she took her time with me and was able to answer all my questions. Great job Pet Smart in Largo for hiring kind and knowledgeable staff.

This place is a must for animal lovers. Customer service is normally lacking in this area, but they are very friendly and helpful here. My wife and I stop in every few weeks and never have a bad experience. They have a new cashier who was nice and upbeat.
Also they just got in a few conure which I recommend for any bird lover.

My doggies haircut always turns out beautiful. She goes in looking like a boy and when they bring her out OMG DIVA! She looks beautiful every time and people in the store just admire her. One person there asked “who cut your dogs hair”? I said Shanel of course! She’s an amazing groomer. I give her very little direction and she always gives me what I want or what’s best for my dog depending on her coat. Thanks PetSmart!

Meet Grady, I took him to Petsmart yesterday for a well visit/check up/shotsand the staff took really good care of him.

Good selection of healthy cat foods. I personally purchase vital pet fresh products, and they have a good selection. The staff of awsome as well.
