Chris Clifford and I have been going to this store for 10 years plus and today Princeton took such good care of us , he went above and beyond for us , we had such a great time with him like he was one of our friends and he was very knowledgeable about his job and he wanted to make sure Chris knew how to use his new phone before we left. The guy Princeton is always helpful. When ever I have something tricky I seek him out because he usually has the answer.

Princeton helped me with a difficult situation with my husbands cell phone recently. In this time where rules change, very often, especially with cell phone carriers, he made it very easy for me too assist my husband with his cell phone needs while he’s living in a nursing home.

Many people don’t even know that little Metro store in Hobe Sound exists on Federal Hwy near Pettway. But if you don’t, you should. If you have a Metro phone plan, go there and ask Princeton when you need help.. he makes things very easy. It really made my day to have the problem so easily resolved & not have to go home and call an 800 number and speak to a robot or a random person over the phone who may not have been as helpful & efficient as Princeton is..

I had a great experience today at your Metro store in Hobe Sound, Fl. The gentleman was so courteous and helpful. Thank you for servicing our area it is growing so fast and we need you here.

Ramsey is one of the most friendly, knowledgeable & efficient workers I have ever dealt with at a metro store. He is the reason why I will now use this location for all of my metro needs. I am grateful too because it is so much more convenient! The renovations were a nice touch too! If you stopped using this location for any reason give them another try! Just went into the store and switched my service with AT&T (since the beginning of cell phone service, how many years is that!) to MetroPCS...what a great experience...it was done in no time. With AT&T everything you do takes forever. Thania helped me , she was awesome. So excited to be out from under AT&T...and save so much money for the same service.

I received excellent service from Gabby while at Metro in Hobe Sound. She took her time with me to straighten my phone out. A+ service
