They where wonderful. We had a problem with the fan belt on the way to SC. I had to look them up and prayed that we could make it there. The counter person was so helpful and they had the belt and a flashlight. I put it on in the parking lot took about a hour in all. Thank you for being open and being so close to 95

Very friendly staff person, helpful and patient. I am not a car fixer, so l have to lean on the staff. Looked up a missing receipt on a purchase so I could use the warranty. Highly recommend.

The people here were very helpful and polite to me when I needed an emergency trailer repair traveling on I-95. I made it to their store, and even though they didn't have the part I needed, they made several phone calls on my behalf and directed me to a place that had the needed part. If I was local to the area I would always use them. Thank you!

Very pleased with this store. My sister and I came in to get a battery for her truck. The gentleman we dealt with was very helpful and pleasant he even took the battery out to my truck for us.

People inside are very helpful and try to give the best service and advice available. Sometimes they dont have common stuff but napa is a trucking parts store too so cut them some slack on you not having some part for your 2020 kia. That's not the peoples problem. Never had a complaint.

Store was very busy but the clerk took the time to help. My purchase was wrong size exchange was a breeze. I would recommend this place.

Good parts, sometimes comparatively cheaper

Some of their parts prices are higher than others but they have a good selection amd everybody there is always very helpful and polite.

Perfect went above and beyound to get some hydro hoses made for my Bobcat while i waited getting me back to the site and finishing job on schedule !

Friendly service, order online and pickup. NAPA has more rare parts and more accurately listed for older vehicles than other major chains.
