AT&T Store

I had a fantastic experience at the AT&T store in New Rochelle. Mel and Ricardo went above and beyond to assist me with adding two new lines and selecting two new phones. They made the process incredibly easy and took the time to ensure everything was explained clearly, so I understood all aspects of my new plan and devices. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting Mario, a district manager, who was outstanding too! The entire team made me feel valued and taken care of. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to receive top-notch service and assistance with their mobile needs!

Mario and 3 other young ladies assisted us. Very nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. They stood past there time to help us and we are so thankful for that. I will always recommend this location.

We went in to take advantage of a huge promotion and had the best experience. Esther was absolutely fabulous, she helped us pick out our phones and also upgraded our phone plan which ended up saving us an additional $15 a month. She was very professional, very friendly, and super helpful.

Awesome experience getting a new phone here. Taina, the Manager, and Cindy we're super friendly and I feel confident that they went out of their way to find the best deal for me! The run a tight ship and made us feel very comfortable while we were there. Will definitely be going back there for new devices in the future.

TAINA, because of you I stayed with att, because of you I was able to go home and be able to contact my babies after having no phone! Cannot say enough good things about Taina and Cindy! Completely shattered my old iPhone yesterday and these two ladies went above and beyond to figure out the best way to replace it, without breaking the bank. They even kept my daughter occupied while we figured things out—all this, with just under an hour until closing time. Both ladies were knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. Would highly recommend this AT&T store.

Great customer service! Ema was incredibly helpful and signed me up for First Net which is a reduced price service specifically for first responders like me. She also helped me back up all my contacts from my android phone to my new iPhone which I got half off for switching!

Taina is the best she helped us with a huge bill and was so professional the whole time. Although it took time she literally was with us the entire time. Great location is spacious and some nice salsa music! i would recommend if you are looking for a smooth interaction

I brought my mother to get a new phone and the girls where so nice. My mother was so happy and it made me so happy to see my mother enjoy her new phone. Michelle stuck with her for as long as my mother felt comfortable. The manager Tiana was very attentive she helped me answering questions as michelle worked with my mother. They are truly amazing and I’ll be coming here for all my phone needs. Thank you ladies!

Taina Sanchez is amazing! After being punch in the face ( yes punched with police coming and everything) by a store manager in the town over (Pelham) she was so caring and said the next steps. The staff at this location were incredibly professional and friendly! Although the specific issue that I was having with my account took a substantial amount of time to fix, through no fault of their own, they were incredibly patient took their time to make sure that my issue was resolved.
