If I can give Jose Rivera 1,000 stars, I would’ve! Jose’s customer service was impeccable. I came into the store on Monday, and I was greeted with a smile. We sat down with my son and mom and was attempting to come up with with the best solution to add a line and purchase a new phone. Jose treated us like FAMILY! We laughed, shared stories and the level of comfort I felt being in that store was unmatched. Jose deserves all of the stars; he didn’t rush us out even after the store closed. He got everything done for us and we were so thankful for him. 1000% BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE!!

Melanie and the team at this store are exceptional. We’ve been in on many occasions for issues large and small, and each time it is like returning to a safe space, the care and attention they give to their customers is landmark. In a world of unlimited choice and declining customer service Melania and team are a blessing.

This is my home town ATT store, I was so happy with the service. From the knowledge of what plan best works for me, the best phone storage and best phone and answering all my questions with patience even though my visit was right at close time. Needed a new phone ASAP, I called and Chris said to come right in. I was in and out in 20 minutes! Great customer service experience, I took advantage of one of the current promotions, and left very happy. Chris was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Wow! I had low expectations going into the AT&T Store on Fifth Ave. in Pelham but wasI wrong!.
I had a problem w the cellular data plan on my IPad and the AT&T phone support people couldn’t solve it, but, Melanie Perez, the Store Manager, solved it very quickly. Not only is she technically very competent she has a lovely manner and is a genuine pleasure to deal with. Go to her store.

Got a phone today and it went very smoothly with Muhammad. Excellent manager who helped us so much with the new phone. Again made everything run super smooth. I am very happy with AT&T and plan on staying for longer.

Beyond satisfied with the employees. Mr Dumas spent 2 hours on the phone trying to solve an issue with account and he successfully did it! I am from the Bronx and happy to say that from now and on I’m making this my at this AT&T authorize retail store. The customer service at this location Is worth the 25 min ride 🙏🏼🙂

After two days of several hours of phone calls to customer service, I decided to go to the store located in Pelham. Chris literally streamlined the process, transferred the entire contents of my old phone (with well over 60,000 pictures) to my new upgrade within an hour. I was able to go home for dinner and return to have it completed. This was seamless! I highly recommend & will be back. Very efficient and friendly service.

Chris at your store went WAY above and beyond normal customer service over several days to help my family get new phones, set everything up, change lines and reinstall apps. His knowledge, expertise, and patience are a very rare combination. We will be telling everyone with cell phone needs to go to your store.
