my experience was with sky (?) i will only come back to see her. extemely attentive kind customer service is how i expect. answered all my questions and very knowledgeable on all products. thank you for letting me feel comfortable after explaining i lost everything to a fire.

I came in for something unrelated but left the store with a positive experience. I came into return something and I chatted with one of the lovely employees, she was taller and a brunette (I wish I knew her name!) I asked her for hair recommendations and she told me about a product and after I used it my damaged bleached hair felt so much better. She wasn’t pushy or anything, she listened and was a great help. The girls here are always friendly and there to help.

Cyndi what is the best. She gave the best customer service, and she was proficient in knowledge about the stores hair products and what they offered for their clients. As a male , she made me feel comfortable and not judged as a client. She took good care of me, and made sure I was informed about what they had to offer, and that my hair needs were carefully met from the products that I purchased.

Recently came here in need of a Clipper and I was not disappointed. I’ve had terrible experiences with beauty supply stores so I was already on edge about it. Thankfully, one of the employees, who I later came to know is named Kayla was a god send. She helped me with all of my questions and got me the right tool for the job at the best price!! Highly recommend this location but most importantly Kayla! Pay this young lady more!! She deserves it.

Great hair store! All the employees are extremely helpful and know what they are talking about. I had a hard time picking out a color and they all had great advice and were very welcoming. I Recommend coming here for all hair necessities.

Taina was a great help and needs a raise. She was very nice and her customer service was top tier definitely coming back

Very helpful since the first time I walked in. Specially one young girl. Very friendly and understanding especially when I need help during a hair crisis that occurred after visiting a salon.

great place to get hair dyes, nail polishes, clippers and attachments, barber quality scissors, dryers, blowers, curlers, irons, and other equipment needed for anything from waxing to pedicures. friendly staff who are willing to help.

Great beauty store although there products are moderate priced they do have good sales and employees are helpful.

So many things to choose from and the workers are so nice and helpful 🫶🏽
