You could tell J.R. was very knowledgeable, and wanted nothing more than to keep us happy, without forcing us into any unnecessary tub that didn’t fit our needs. It’s been a dream of ours to have that resort feeling in the comfort of our own back yard and Prisco made that happen!

Overall, terrific experience purchasing a hot tub. Matt Rubino is super knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right spa for us. He made the purchasing and delivery process as easy as possible. And, his personalized follow up has been much appreciated. We highly recommend them.

Recently we bought a Hot Springs salt water hot tub and it is amazing! Even my children enjoy it when we make it a “cool” pool so they can go in it. Steven was a delight to talk to and he made the purchase smooth all the way to the end. Delivery was easy and set up was quick but efficient! We highly recommend Steven and Prisco Hot tubs!

Prisco Hot Tub was very accommodating with us. Rrok opened the showroom for us on a Sunday morning and explained the different hot tubs available to us. And Jenny also explained the process to us as well. Delivery was professional and quick. Ricardo came to the house and explained the chemicals to us. It was a smooth process. Prisco Hot Tubs in Greenwich is top notch and worth the wait. Jenny was great throughout the entire process and made sure we got the right hot tub for the family. She answered all of our questions and made sure we were ready from pre-delivery prep, installation, chemicals and troubleshooting. She always got back to us in a timely manner and can tell she takes pride in her work and the company. The delivery crew was amazing, professional and did a great job getting it into place. Tyrone showed up the next day once we had it filled with water and walked me through all the chemicals and maintenance. He was very nice, on time and knowledgeable. The entire staff at Prisco Pools are wonderful especially Matthew in the service department. He really helps the customer when they have a problem and is very patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely purchase my next hot tub from them.
