I brought Ryan a quote from a large custom PC builder, and he pointed out several concerns with the build that a large company wouldn't want you to know like overspending on a component that won't be fully utilized based on other components in the build or not disclosing the brand a component so that they could sell you a cheaper brand at a higher cost.

Ryan has helped me several times throughout the years with general issues with computers not purchased through him. I highly recommend all of his services, and will continue to be a customer of his in the future.

Ryan and his team have been taking care of us and our computer needs since they opened and have been helpful, professional and affordable. I highly recommend their services. My hard drive recently crashed and Ryan was able to retrieve all my data as well as mail my computer across the country in a safe and timely way. These guys rock.

I used Ryan for the 1st time recently to move my email from Optimum to Gmail, a very involved process made more difficult and complicated by many years of building files and folders on the old Outlook account. He clearly explained what was to be done and then proceeded to do it all as described and at the price he quoted. Imagine that!
He also made several suggestions and changes to improve my laptop's performance and syncing with iPad and iPhone's email. He's knowledgeable and professional ... and now my go-to tech guy!

This business and its employees are utter garbage and I don't recommend anyone support them.

Here's the story:

I brought my laptop here for a simple hinge repair only to find out that the repair person broke my Laptop monitor himself while trying to do the reparation. They then told me I would have to wait a month for them to order a new screen from the provider. After a month of waiting, they give me back my laptop with a 3rd party Chinese monitor that could not change brightness and had dark spots all over it. They then tell me it will take another full month to order a new screen from the real ASUS provider. After that month goes by, they then give me back my laptop with no apology, no discount on the original repair and with my laptop camera disabled inevitably.

Business is immoral, and lies about items they sell. "Shows beef, sells pork". Bait and switch practices--be weary. Sells items using a stock photo as representative of condition, then ships item in horrible condition and not anything like what was depicted. Had to open a PayPal claim against seller. Terrible, terrible experience. Be careful if you deal with this place, you're taking a huge risk.
