I just purchased a brand new blue M3 iMac thanks to Jacob. He saved me hundreds of dollars on my purchase, and was extremely helpful! His suggestions made it extremely easy for me to decide what I needed. Give that man a raise ASAP!

Good selection of electronics in every category. It was a busy day when I went but I was still given the time and attention I needed to find what I needed and decide between several brands. Their price matching is awesome and some things you just need to see in person before purchasing. Auto service center was excellent as well for installs - knowledgeable and talented, clean install without any issues.

I seem to have lost the receipt to submit a formal review, but the technician who installed a new stereo system in my car was awesome. Can’t remember his name but he was super helpful. We ran into an initial issue that I was worried about, but he worked with me to figure it out and now everything works great. Thanks again!

I was helped by Elvis the manager. Elvis is hands down the best best buy employee I've ever met. He was kind, patient and answered all my questions. Definitely my favorite best buy location of all time

I was looking to purchase tv 65” but wasn’t sure which brand, so Jackson LLoyd helped me to chose the best brand for me and I was able to get good deals and purchase soundbars. Definitely recommend going to this location everyone is nice and helpful.

Hardly anyone there so alot of freedom to shop without people getting in the way. Fast customer service very friendly and informative staff standing around ready to help! I was only there for 10 mins I asked about a unlocked phone they had in stock, because my son broke his phone and he need ed a replacement. Well I came in luck just stopping through! They had a cheap moto phone and lots of deals on other products! I was out the door in less then 5 mins! Will recommend

The seller young girl with curly long hair! Was the only one and the guy in the entrance who said hi! Or ask us if we need anything , she help us and answer all my questions and when she did not know the answer,she look at the best buy web side,great job

I always have a great experience buying here. People are very helpful and attentive. Love the deal of they promotion and other deals. Smooth return policy (before 15 days). I recommend this place.

I still hit Best Buy all the time. It's the last of the retail stores with a real selection, where you can see, touch, try the electronics before buying. Also I highly recommend seeing Eric S in the North Attleboro store in that Pacific Kitchen area because he's gone above and beyond for my friends and I while buying our appliances. Also seek out Paulie in home theater if you want real advice on speakers and home hifi. He's the man.

This place rocks. Went to get the playstation vr set and a few games. Lemme tell ya, these guys know their store. They know right where everything is, and will find it for you if not. Needless to say, I'm a happy camper.

They have the latest devices, appliances, TVs, etc. I've had *very good* help from the Geeks, but Best Buy has sent out an email stating that the Total Tech support plan (that you can purchase to install/diagnose and repair your purchases) is doling out some downgrades to their services, even if you pay for the very best protections. Bummer. 5+ stars for the Geeks and super people who help you in the store, online, and on the phone.
Minus 5 stars for those responsible for downgrading formerly excellent services.

Bought a new laptop. Store is full of so much. Great place to go for electronics gadgets games phones computers and more. Fun.

I was there to ask for IT help. I was having trouble receiving photos on messenger.
The associate who helped me was excellent. Very professional. It seems the problem is resolved since I followed her instructions to check the sim card.
Her name is Emma! Best Buy is lucky to have her.

Everyone knows Best Buy and what you can get there. I've purchased many electronic items from them over the years from computers and game consoles to cameras and TV's. Even had a sound system installed in the Jeep recently. Never any buyer's remorse.
Customer service is always quick and professional. Prices are competitive.

Customer service was great, knowledgeable guys, no AC in the store though so be prepared. Purchased a Lenovo laptop for over $1300, which was still cheaper than the other places I checked prices at for the same one. Win.

Love browsing they have great deals. Nice people. Back at Best Buy, my go to place to check out the latest in electronics, you name it they have it.from TVS. To laptops. I have Ball browsing and buying. Nice people, Nice and clean, plenty of parking plus handicapped parking spots.

Absolutely amazing, helps a lot for new bees like me.
