1000% different experience that I had no more than an hour ago at the Dartmouth. Refer to the message If you would like. First I met RJ at the door who asked me promptly what I needed. He looked like he knew what was going on and I shared with him that I needed to return a pair of batting gloves. He quickly assured me as long as we had the size I could make that exchange. Preston worked diligently at the counter with me and had me out in less the 5 MINUTES. Much better than being treated like a criminal in Dartmouth.

I have shopped at this store many times without any problems finding what I was looking for. I did shop there recently looking for sneakers. Because I was undecided on what type to buy, I needed assistance. An associate named River did a wonderful job explaining the different styles and what would be the best sneaker for me. The manager and his team did an excellent job getting me a Yeti cooler overnighted from Tennessee. Simply amazing!!! They went above and beyond to facilitate the transfer. Was able to get exactly what I needed in the specific time that I needed it. In addition, Many thanks also to Lucas for his awesome customer service. He definitely has a bright future in leading and managing. I’ll be forever grateful Thanks again guys.

Me and my family love it here

I was there to have golf clubs regripped twice in the last month, both times helped out by a fellow named Ron. He was very knowledgeable about the options, friendly and courteous. He finished the job both times ahead of the promised time (15 minutes the first time for two clubs, 5 minutes the second time for one club), and I'm very happy with the feel of the clubs in my hands. Two thumbs up for Ron's excellent service!

Bought a bike online and these guys assembled it for me. Very quick service. I might of been a little lucky in that aspect. Dropped off on a Friday night and got it back on Sat afternoon.
