Jasmine was greatly helpful! This was my first time returning Amazon packages and I was so confused. But she was patient and helped me return all my packages. Very friendly and sweet! She was AMAZING.

Who are these people? I've been to this location twice, served by Jesstin both times. They were all super quick and very efficient. When I got there, it was quiet. As more people came, staff came out from the back instantly! They never keep you waiting if possible. If another member of staff doesn't know something, the others chip in to help without wasting my time waiting. If I forgot to give them the info they needed, they've retrieved the information quicker than I could have given it to them. They are super resourceful. I've watched big, husky, menacing figures walk in and instantly drop their guard because these people have a presence about them that's super inviting. They bring the delightfulness out of each person before they leave. They're not hiding; they really do give you their sincere best. This is super rare in western New York! I've only seen people like this a few times. Thank you for your professionalism, presence and not wasting my time.

Dawn from the UPS store gave me such great customer service today! She is the sweetest woman I ever met!! Even with the ongoing traffic in and out of the store, she managed to help me send out 4 different packages, printing labels and helping direct me to package my items. She seriously made my life so much easier today! I hope she is paid well for what she does, working in customer service at a busy store like that without a second to catch a breath is hard! Great Customer Service, Very Friendly... Cost effective and from a seller that ships roughly 10-15 items per week in the western New York area this is my go to place for anything shipping. Have had issues with U.S.P.S. not arriving on time and FedEx has HORRIBLE customer service at a few local locations...
This store is worth the few extra dollars over USPS for the quality of there services.

The staff is really nice and they go above and beyond to help with whatever you needs are. I had a small child with me (infant), and they actually let me skip the line of about 10 people to drop off a package. Don't worry I asked everyone first to make sure it was okay, but it was very very kind of everyone there. Highly recommend.

Very helpful staff, especially Lee and Matt. They are always careful with my packages and very friendly. I'm impressed because they remain polite and professional when some customers are unreasonable. Some guy couldn't seem to understand that this was UPS and not USPS and was very rude, arguing that they should provide the same services at the same price, but they were patient with explaining things to them.

Quick in and out, efficient and knowledgeable and friendly staff. What more can you ask for?! They also have a wide assortment of shipping supplies if needed.

I had to return something to Amazon. I got the QR code, and dropped it off here. No packaging, no cost. The money was in my account a few hours later, no worries!

UPS messed up a delivery on a package I had shipped. They returned the package to the UPS Store after 12 days. While UPS would not pay to have the package reshipped this store took responsibility and made good. Now that's great customer service!

Every year I get my America Legion card laminated and they do a great job for me. I will get my Medicare Card done next. Service is quality. Dunno why people are complaining about prices, don't think this individual store sets those.

Extremely helpful staff, came in while their system was down and despite not being able to take orders they still waited on me. Highly recommend this location.

Been here on numerous occasions to have forms notarized, to make Amazon returns, and to ship things all over the country. As for the other reviews here, it's almost like people are shocked that things cost money...
