I am still sitting in the UPS parking lot shook about the lengths that Mercedes, Faith and Noah went to accommodate me. They genuinely cared to help me figure out my dilemma that was associated with the hospital applications that I needed to get out by a specific post marked deadline date. They went above and beyond and I don’t know how to articulate how much it meant to me considering I have spent morning until night working on these extensive applications that ultimately determine the course of my life. Give these 3 a raise!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

These ladies and gents do a fantastic job. I get quality color printing done there all of the time and it always comes out quick and professional. Nice work yall. Mercedes worked with me last time and was great

Great spot to drop off any ready to go packages, even amazon returns. Fast and properly shipped.

Went in last week to drop off a package. I needed the label and slip printed too. The two young woman working made everything so easy and they were both so helpful!

The service and the help they bring to me, is fantastic!

Came in from OH for a show at the expo center and ran out of brochures. Took a rough idea to the store and Pennie was able to take the information and put it into a usable format to get me on my way. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Pennie is a ROCKSTAR!! Thank you!

Late morning and they were a little busy. Only one associate at the counter but he was very friendly and efficiently fast.

The lady behind the counter is very efficient and friendly. She helped me many times when I had to return my Amazon regrets.

Brought an Amazon return to ship out and was told not to package it from Amazon. The clerk very rudely told me that I was required to pack it up, charged me for the packaging. When I attempted to help her fit the item in, she snapped at me “that she knew what she was doing and she’s done this a thousand times”. She couldn’t wait to get me out of the store, I’ve never had a clerk so blatantly rude and sarcastic. Will go out of my way to avoid this UPS!

First two times I brought an Amazon return boxed they told me not to pack it since they do that. This time I didn't pack it and they told me I had to take it home and pack it. Same person.

Closed 20 minutes early even when I called to make sure they were open until 5 on a Saturday.
