In a time crunch they were not only helpful, but kind and compassionate, dealing with components to my fathers' uniform for his funeral. In this world, often times a personal touch is left out of business's practices; that's not the case here and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have orders 3 different ribbon racks for shadow box’s that I was making for my family. The work is impeccable and their knowledge of medals and proper placement and even where I had made mistakes in my order they contacted me right away. Great communication. Had a last-minute request for medal mounting for an unforeseen event. Fast, friendly, and impeccable work. Furthermore, they were highly responsive with my emails and calls. I first used Jaymil 20+ years ago. No way I’m working with “the other guys” again.

Cheaper, faster, more personal. Ordered 3 mounts and had them in hand from across the country in 4 days. The other guys took 3 weeks. I made a mistake in my order and sent them back to be corrected. They fixed it for shipping and handling, nothing more. Customer for life!

I contacted Jaymil with a very short fused order to get my medals in time for the Marine Corps birthday ball since another company was backlogged and I wouldn't receive them in time. They were at my house within three days and look absolutely amazing. Jaymill not only called me after I placed my order, but took a genuine interest in getting me the medals as soon as possible. While an active-duty Marine, I used Jaymil Products and Services for all my medal and ribbon displays. All I have to say is that Mae went above and beyond to find everything I wanted for my dad's shadow box it took a little time but it was worth it she made sure everything was just the was I wanted right down to the plack and she even put her little bit into it that made all the more special so if your going to have a shadow box done for yourself or in rememberence of someone I highly recommend Jamil services to do it they are the best in my book and Mae has the golden touch and I do think she takes it to heart when she does on I wouldn't go anywhere else .
