When it comes to small things for around the house repairs, or simple yools like shovels (or sleds for the kids!) this is my favorite place. Looking for a mystery nut/bolt hardware piece? Unlike the depot or lowes, an employee will gladly help find what you need.

By far some of the best customer service and staff I've experienced on several occasions. Anytime I have called or been there in person and had a question, they have been so helpful and friendly! Valu must be really good to their people or something because this is a rarity these days especially on a consistent basis. We have bought sheds from here, roof rakes, tiki torches, fire pits, traps, the latest was storage containers for the holidays...I have even picked up some stocking stuffers here such as Bills gloves and hats. I highly recommend this store for a variety of shopping needs.

All the workers are extremely friendly. The store is clean. Shelves are always stocked. Love it there.

Always have great customer service here, a daily larger selection then many of the values I have been to. I have been going to this one for years and will continue to go here for many years to come. My trips are always easy and very quick, in and out, the staffs knows where everything is and if they have something or not. Always enjoy coming to this store.

Close to home. Had a $5. Coupon for my birthday. If you need help it's easy to get unlike the big box stores. If it is a big item they will carry it to my car. So much better, quicker, friendly then big box store.

We had a wonderful experience there today.all of the staff was helpful and friendly but one of them sticks out. Brett was most helpful and bent over backwards for us. Thank you Brett for helping my husband and I with the chairs we bought. He even carried them to the car for us. You made our day.

I was looking for a portable gas grill. They had exactly what I was looking for, same brand and all for less than $50.00! I checked several stores who were out of portable gas grills already and it's just the beginning of summer. Stores that had any left wanted over $100! I'm a happy camper...thanks Valu!!

Always a great experience.. They may not have 25 different types of of the same item but they win the game of customer service. Everyone is willing to help. Recently, an employee stopped what she was doing and personally walked me over to show me where an item I was looking for was. That's customer service... Always competitive with prices too !!

Very helpful and courteous employees and managers. It is worth checking out your local Valu before making that drive down the boulevard to one of the big box stores. Many times I have found individual items at value where I would have had to buy a complete pack or set at the big box store consequently saving me money.

Great place to get what you need in a quaint hardware store type atmosphere. I'm not a contractor nor do I need to walk a mile just to grab a couple items. I also belong to their rewards program and save money. Every so often I get a $5.00 off card in the mail. Good deal.

Love Value. You don't have to walk milesin Home Depot or Lowe's, trying to find help. Value always has plenty of staff that are very helpful and friendly

Friendly people. Close by. They have some stuff that you might need. Worth checking and supporting a neighborhood location. They have added complete lines of hardware... Screws, nuts, bolts, fasteners, O rings, etc. It's looking a lot like old fashioned hardware store!

Good service and lots of variety.

The place generally has everything I could ever need and since I'm right around the corner, it's super convenient. The staff is great saying hi when you walk in really makes you feel at a good place. And if you say you don't need help with anything they will give you the space you need.
