We called the store before going in because we were going to be there around closing time. Gavin was able to answer my phone call while assisting 2 other groups of customers as he was the only worker. We went in and got an upgrade, that was explained to us very well, and Gavin even stayed a little past close to help with some last minute things. Very helpful, professional, and caring. EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!

I had a great experience here at the local store. I was a little hesitant at first because I wanted to make sure I had a good phone carrier that would get service down highway 50. My last service provider did not get any service on that highway. The representative Devyn Jones assured me that I would have absolutely no problems. It was his belief in the product he sold that made me want to switch to Nex-Tech vs going to a more expensive carrier like Verizon Wireless. Since having the phone he as been able to answer any of my technical questions. Not only is he a great representative but he also is true to his word, I went down highway 50 the other day and for the first time ever I never lost service. I highly recommend if you want a great phone at a reasonable price go see Devyn Jones at the local store in Hutchinson ks.

I am so glad I switched carriers. I had Sprint/T-Mobile and their service sucked! I was referred to the representative Devyn Jones, he took good care of my friend and Devyn was able to help me get the right plan for me. I highly recommend this Hutchinson location!
