Jen went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the very best. I needed a notary she assist me. I had to wait on some information to send off what I needed notarized and she patiently waited. It was the best experience that I have ever had experienced with UPS. Thank you Jen!

Friday night I went into the 30th street location in Hutchinson... MINUTES before closing. I offered to come back so the Employee "Jenny" I believe was her name. could go home.... She said not a problem she can serve me. This gal was so Chipper and easy to talk to... I didn't leave until 20 minutes after that closed. she helped me find the right box, arrange my gifts and did this with a smile.... She made this experience WONDERFUL...

I go to get my paperwork from work binded and Jennifer is always so sweet! This time she suprised me and paid for my binding. She totally made my whole week!

I've never had better service anywhere - ever. All of their employees are excellent, kind and helpful (Dalton, Lisa & Gina). Dalton's knowledge surpassed my expectation when others places had no solution or ideas for me to pursue. He took the time and went above and beyond to further provide information. I would consider his service to this company as exemplary. I can't say enough.

I have had only the greatest experiences here. I had been printing my monthly newlsetter elsewhere and been so disappointed in quality and friendliness and efficiency. But the UPS Store is just so wonderful, I will never go anywhere else! I can send in my printing online and pick it up in store, which is a huge bonus. And I have never been let down by the quality. The staff is beyond kind, even asking if everything is okay when I sent the print job in a little later in the day that usual. Who notices those things? A caring staff!

This store is amazing! My lack of planning did not constitute an emergency on their part, but they worked really hard to get it all figured out and printed! I could not be any happier with their customer service. Lisa and Gina are great to work with!

I had several odd shaped pieces to ship to the west coast after an estate sale and they were great at finding the most secure yet economical way to ship it back. I was really impressed with the time and consideration they gave to making sure everything was secure and respected my feelings for the items since they were family keepsakes and probably didn't seem like anything special to anyone else. I would definitely recommend this UPS store and use them again.

I was treated with courtesy and given all information that pertained to mailing my package to New York. The clerk was very efficient, answered all of my questions and provided the necessary supplies for safe shipping. The package arrived in New York at the time specified and in excellent condition. I am very pleased with this UPS store and will use it again.

Customer service was excellent when I shipped several packages all at once. They packed the items for me securely so nothing would break, labeled the boxes, and shipped them. All arrived on time and intact. Easy to recommend these folks.

I've been in a few times & always find everything & everyone very helpful and courteous... But this week I sent my daughter in to send off a package. Not a big deal for a lot of teens but she is very high functioning autistic. Challenges with socializing & verbalizing what she needs.
When I asked her how it went she said good... & then replied by the way, great customer service. 👍That made me smile & my heart was warmed by this... thank you all for what you do . Especially during this busy holiday season. #HutchLove 💞

I am having trouble trying to find a place that will print my pictures off on transfer paper I am trying to make a photo blanket for my granddaughterI'm not having much luck everything's closed down because the covid-19 or they don't do it I need a printer with ink jet that can print my photos I do have my own transfer paperI went to the library and they didn't do it on the right printer and it ruined three of my transfer sheets which is not cheap it's five sheets for $12 if anybody out there has had anything like this done by UPS please comment
