Not once but TWICE they have came outside to help me at my vehicle (tow hitch and needing replacement screws for truck bed hard cover)and then charge me after. Made it so much easier than trying to guess what would work. You cannot put a price on small town service like that.

Very helpful friendly people! I told them what I was trying to do & what I had & they told me I had what I needed & explained how it worked. Great selection and awesome people. The owner was able to help me find immediately what I needed and get my dryer rolling. The great selection of quality products and well trained staff is becoming a rarity but this Ace has got it down. I won't be going anywhere else for my home and farm needs. 🐻

These people are professional, and knowledgeable, and fast. Selection is good, lots of inventory. Surprisingly, it's never crowded. Prices are competitive, it's a good place for builder's, they have the good tools, for a lot of different jobs, and the prices seem actually lower than most places that sell this stuff.

It's a great place to go for all of your home and shop needs. Clean facility, fast and courteous staff, great section for welding supplies (I'm a welder) and easy to find location.

Definitely has improved in the last while. Very accommodating and helpful. If they don’t have what you are looking for they will do their best to get it asap

I enjoy going here alot more as of recently. I feel the employees really enjoy their job. Before I felt like I was being hovered over. I am liking the new selection of stuff!

They had exactly what I was looking for! The lady at the front counter let the guys in the back know what I was coming after so they could have it ready for me. Then, the man even carried it out to my truck for me! Excellent customer service! Will definitely be back!

Great place to shop. Helpful staff. They sell bees every spring. James is by far their best employee. He should get a promotion, raise and a vacation too! He is ALWAYS there! Hard worker. Always has an answer or recommendation to every question. He is an asset to their staff.
