He was very patient and informative throughout the consultation on which material would work best for my project, calculating the amount and finally placing a delivery order to the job site. Smooth and painless experience. I highly recommend you work with him.

Paint department employee(Rakwon Davis) is exceptionally pleasant, hardworking, helpful, kind, professional and went out of his way to help me with my painting questions. He cleared a lot of questions with regarding to interior painting and I truly appreciate it. Please give him a pat on the back for a job well done. I received lots of help and support in finding the perfect refrigerator in. Store!!! Now I just have to figure out who I can get to help me remove the upper cabinet so I will have room for the new refrigerator to fit in my kitchen-!
Does Hime Depot offer help like that? Because without removing the upper cabinet I cannot replace the fridge with one that fits! Can you help?

When delivering my tickets, the postman from time to time goes to the email box of the house next door instead of my house 90 Roebling ave 14215, so many important tickets are missing.

Good prices, aisles labeled clearly so you know where to go for what you’re looking for. Also it tells you online the exact location of where you can find specific items, which is a nice timesaver.

Prices are on par with average and the website. Online ordering to in-store pickup is efficient, quick, and accurate. The store had plenty of associates willing to help but did not seem overbearing when I declined their help. Everything I needed and browsed at was in stock.

I needed lump charcoal for our smoker to cook a very tasty, juicy brisket. 17lbs for $12.49.
My daughter makes a rub that is absolutely superb. When I called to order curbside, there supposedly wasn't any and I got the runaround as it was on the site online but wouldn't let me put it into the cart for curbside pickup. So I not happy to have to go in the store. Went to the garden dept where there was laden shelves of bags of charcoal. Hmmmm....sounds like the website lies. Anyway, one other issue is the compete laziness of the employees. 4 girls, possibly 20's- 30's all standing around by the self check. Not that I needed them to carry the bag of charcoal for me....but they'd break a nail as well. No one greets you or asks if you need an assist. That's lousy customer service. Maybe this is the LAZY Home Depot. Seems not one store anymore trains their employees to actually do their job. I am annoyed by that. I won't shop that location anymore even tho it's the closest one to my home.
If I were part of corporate and watched them doing nothing work related....they wouldn't have their job for much longer. And I would make sure to have the evidence compiled so to not have to pay the lazy, ignorant persons unemployment.

I am here so much, lol. i bought a house 9 months ago, and i have been here so many times. They have great staff and are always helpful. The ladies in the paint department help so much that they pretty much painted all the rooms without being there.

This is my local home depot. Employees go the extra mile to help!

Great selection. Helpful associates. My personal choice for home improvement needs.

Looking for wood for outside stairs and asked an associate, Mike, for help. He climbed and picked out the perfect boards, hefted them down and put them on our cart. He was pleasant, friendly, never complained and went above and beyond for this disabled Vet and my husband. GREAT customer service!!
