We were planning to order a bunch of vanities, cabinets, … from this branch. We met Amy on that section: an extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and nice young lady. She sat down with us, found the most suitable items and gave us the best offers. We went back again and again to order more items. Having a salesperson like her makes a big difference for a store. Thank you Amy and I hope your bosses appreciate all your efforts and hard work and make it to you🙏

I received excellent customer service from Marlena at the pro desk. It seems lately that is very hard to find in this world. Marlena made countless phone calls to the supplier and to me to make sure I got the AC unit that I ordered from her. The whole process took months. None of that was her fault. She stayed with it till the end. Very good job Marlena thank you very much.

Very good customer service. Store is well kept and clean. Items are easy to find. One of the better home improvement stores in the area.

What can I say, it is home Depot, who doesn't like to go there ? And this store is as good as any of the others the service was great they gave me some free lumber.

Nice and organized and friendly staff. I also love their new temperature checks systems at the entrances.

Huge store with so much stuff. Public bathrooms are available. I was able to easily find what I came here to get.

I am giving Home Depot a five star today solely because of one of their loyal employees. Cindy, working at the registers, assisted my husband and I this morning with our purchases. As usual, she greeted us with a smile as bright as sunshine.

Every single time we have shopped at this Home Depot, we have found Cindy to be the most courteous, personable, and professional person we have run in to in a very long time. She is truly an asset to Home Depot and it is employees like Cindy that make customers want to shop here. I recommend a raise!

This is a nice clean store. I found what I needed and the employees were very helpful.

First tine using the app to find stuff in-store. It worked nicely and was accurate each time I needed direction. I had trouble reading the super small PIN on my gift cards at the self checkout. A nice and helpful employee came over right away to see why I was holding up the line and assisted me with using my gift cards. A nice, quick, easy trip. Thanks!

Love this Home Depot. The staff are very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. I went looking for a tool chest for father's day, but needed one in a box to be able to get it home. Their inventory showed they had 3, but couldn't find them. One employee stayed with for almost a half hour as we scoured the overhead storage looking for them. Finally found them out in garden, and then they stayed with me to help load them into my truck. Extremely appreciative of all the time and effort spent to assist me. It really helped make it a special fathers day. Thanks Home Depot!

Mike G, manager offered red carpet service for my client whose wife has dementia. They were the most kind and compassionate staff from every department we visited. Truly, truly stellar in every way, at every corner. Just stellar.

I like this home depot. Service is always good and the employees are so helpful. Lots of parking and even special parking for vets. Outdoor garden area is always nice and has great selections of plants. Self checkout is always a breeze and when I need help to have wood cut there pretty quick to assist. Other home depots Rent as quick as this one. Process are usually pretty good and selection is excellent.

Good location and variety of tools

My husband and I are regular customers, but our visit to Home Depot on Campus yesterday deserves a stellar review. We purchased a stove, and Mary, the woman who helped us, was amazing. She walked us through the process, explained everything so clearly, and we were finished in less time than it would take to wait in line to pay for a drill at Lowe's. She was a wonderful person with so much knowledge and made us feel very confident and aware of everything we need to know about the delivery process and how to make sure we are protected in every way in terms of the warranties and working with the company. Then, on our way out, our checker, Marie, was amazing as well! My husband had to go back and get a ticket for the plant we purchased, and the checker in the Garden Section (she said she used to do makeup) and I talked like old friends, and she was so kind and warm to both of us! It's the people who make the place special, and these two women deserve so much credit for making the North Upland Home Depot a marvelous store!

I would like to say that I consider this my home store. I rarely leave reviews, it will be a bit of a mix review.
Although, I find it necessary to acknowledge someone when they show such consideration for there customers.
Dana I will have to say, should be considered a model employee for the home depot customer service team.
Like some of us customers we show up before close, wanting to shop and or return items. This particular evening I was in a rush and needed to return items for a job that was scheduled to be completed.
I wasn't completely prepared, not all recipients were organized, and truthfully wasn't expecting to be able to complete my transaction.

Dana, really took charge and assisted me in everything I needed.
She even told the person monitoring the doors to allowing me to go to the truck and re-enter.

The main reason I feel Dana took it upon herself to make sure me the customer was taken care of.
Simply because the department manager was not so patient and understanding and expressing attitude and comment's on how they needed to get home.

Mind you, it technically was still under operating hours. When my transactions were completed. I thanked Dana once again in front of her coworkers for assistance and patience. She really made me feel at ease when initially I felt not soo welcomed by the manager whom I'm assuming.
Although, I do know shes been there for quite a long, long time.

In conclusion, I appreciate the organization of the store. Its pretty seamless doing business with this store. Especially with employees such as Dana. Home Depot is lucky to have her representing the brand.

She turned a potential negative shopping experience to a positive one.

Home Depot is a really nice improvement department that everyone know but my 5 stars go to the store in upland cuz their customers service is amazing and helpful at all times .thank you 💕
