Winn-Dixie

I have to share my experience at Winn-Dixie on the West end of Panama City Beach. I was looking for the bone-in ribeyes that were on sale for $5.99/lb in the combo packs 4/27/2022 ‐ 5/2/2022. Unfortunately, the butcher had left for the day and there were very few good cuts in the cooler with none of the ribeyes that were on sale. When I inquired with the folks near the cooler, they told me he had left for the day and they weren't sure if there were any of the ribeyes on sale in the back. Well, I had exchanged words with the assistant store manager on the way in. Nice guy. So I found him and he walked back to the meat cooler with me. He confirmed that there were no bone-in ribeyes in the display cooler. He went in the back and checked but none of the combo packs that were on sale were in the back either.

At this point, I was thinking I won't get to eat ribeyes tonight, but the assistant store manager told me to pick out some boneless ribeyes (10.99/lb) and he would sell them for 5.99/lb. What a GREAT gesture and outstanding customer service. I told him you might be "assistant manager " but you are on your way to running your own store buddy! Will recommend this Winn-Dixie to our friends visiting the West end of PC Beach!

I love this Winn-Dixie everyone is so kind and helpful. Managers especially one just helped me fix the transaction from my WIC card And then the gentleman offered to walk me to my car and help me with my groceries because I had small children with me and it was late at night. They go above and beyond.

Nice clean store, helpful staff and good selection of merchandise.

This is my new favorite winn-dixie. It is a little bit further from my house but worth every mile. There's more variety of meat, the produce is fresher, the staff is efficient, and the Canadians are very friendly people! :-) I had a good time spending my money and I got many good sales

We found everything we needed. Great selection of beach items and sunscreen, etc.

Love their cut up vegetable selections. Always has Bogo items I use. Also has lower fat cheese. Normally has Wild Gulf Shrimp and will steam for free!

Never shopped there but I found everything and all were very nice.

This location on back beach is my favorite. I go here everyday for lunch. Their hot bar is usually pretty decent. I can get more than enough for lunch for less than 13 every time. The only thing I don't like is when the out of Towner's visit they fill the smallest bowls with every thing they can and do that with at least four or five bowls each. They usually pick through and leave what they don't want but it's not enough to stop me from going. This location is usually pretty slow traffic wise so there's never any lines or waiting and everyone is polite. Prices are what you would expect for a grocery store

OMG y’all… the staff at the pharmacy here is UNMATCHED! When you just feel like POO and you’re in pain… it’s SO nice to have someone legitimately care about helping you! I’ve never shopped at this store but you better believe I’ll be going back to that pharmacy!

Great food, managers are very attentive. Especially the black woman whose name I don't remember, but who always helps everyone and is very charismatic.

The staff is friendly and helpful. My parents are snowbirds. I appreciate knowing that they have a regular friendly place to shop where they are greeted kindly and treated like neighbors.

Associates are super friendly. Convenient location... I can zip in, grab a few things and hop back on 98.

I loved how I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Their store was very clean and well organized for the consumer's convenience with large isle indicating and the produce was displayed with such elegance. My cashier Casey provided not only myself but the three customers in front of me with the upmoast courtesy and respect. I was having a rough day and her greeting and smile changed my whole mood. Kudos to managers who wisely selected such a great group of employees. I will return as much as possible and highly recommend this grocery store not only for us locals but tourists as well.******
