The UPS Store

This particular UPS is inside the Albertsons on Los Serranos in Chino Hills California. I had called a few times prior and spoke to a pleasant young employee by the name of Marwa. She was very helpful and patient, pleasant & professional. These days it’s hard to find a young person that is as efficient as she has been. When I finally took my package in, she went above and beyond to help me, and there was also another young man in there that I didn’t get his name. But this owner/manager is doing a great job training these young people to be friendly, helpful, and professional all at the same time! Great location and great place to bring your business to, here at this location!

Highly recommend the UPS store in Albertsons. With all the mail theft in the area, we decided to open a PO box. Best decision ever! The staff at the UPS store not only secure my mail, they accept packages on my behalf as well. No more worries about porch pirates! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They even process returns to Amazon. Best part about this...no more junk mail!

I found out that this store offers wrapping and shipping Christmas presents anywhere!! This made this holiday season so easy for me! Thank you so much Marwa for your hard work :) we appreciate and support our small businesses:)

Courteous staff and utilizes safe practices during pandemic: safe distancing while waiting in line, face masks required, and hand sanitizers available on the counter.

Nice location inside the supermarket. Friendly staff. Unfortunately closed on Sundays like most UPS.

Great people, good service. Need a way to work around people who have 30+ packages vs those who have one to drop off or pick up.

Not a huge fan of this store, consistently have packages returned to me due to short postage.
