This HEB is always great to me. Very close to me and the staff are always attentive and ready to help. The store is always clean whenever I go and items are easy to find. The store is open real late which comes in clutch when I'm in need of some last second items. 10/10 would shop there again.

This is my local HEB but its always packed and I hardly find what I look for they always run out of stuff quick so I love HEB but I visit other ones around nearby

This HEB is so convenient . Great place to shop and get groceries fast because of it's size of store.

Always willing to help the security guard is always helpful in redirecting people with no handicap permit. So people that actually have one can park! Whoever you are Sir you keep up the good job. We need more security personnel like this gentleman! Store is clean and I feel safe going at night! Thank you Sergio the store manager for a great job you and your team do!

Great clean location with lots of Variety, we live in Donna, Texas and would rather drive the extra mile to either Alamo or Weslaco. Donna location really needs an upgrade and more options.

Every HEB I go to whether it's in my hometown of Edinburg or any nearby town/city, the service is always the same! Great customer service along with a store that's clean with everything easy to find. I really do love my HEB!

The only update I can provide is that HEB remains #1 in customer service and never fails to provide quality products.

No better place to know you are in southern Texas. The staff are eagerly friendly and very helpful in finding what you need.

This rating is for the bakery only. I love the way the cake decorator did an amazing job on my daughter's birthday cake. I couldn't find anyone to decorate a cake with a stitch theme, so I asked them just to surprise me and they did an amazing job. The toys fit perfectly on the cake theme.

Brandy, at the service desk is an asset to HEB. With a busy Sunday and a long line at the service desk she was extremely helpful and professional. Had an issue with Xbox gift card but got it handled. Thank you!

The store is super clean. It is organized so items are easy to find. If you ask for the location of an item, an associate takes you to the actual location. They just don't point you in the direction of said item. They always have enough cashier so the wait in line is not long. I enjoy shopping at HEB in Alamo. Thank you, management for keeping a great store.

I just placed a delivery order Sunday night got my groceries delivered at the time i had selected, got a test message to let me know driver was headed to my house. My food was fresh , frozen products were cold. Great service and the delivery fee is not bad at all. Totally worth it and will be using it again for sure.

I LOVE HEB!! I love variety, options, and just simply always clean and fresh. People are friendly and usually willing to help. I love the fresh produce options and love that lanes sometimes are quick during busy times. Need to get a little better during rush hours but overall completely satisfied and always recommend HeB!! Thumbs up!!

The Alamo H-E-B is very busy later in the day, so go early for an easier shop. I have taken to the 6am to 7am time. Usually only a few customers and a large number of restocking employees. Very attentive management at this hour, asking if I needed any help finding anything.
