Found the perfect place to buy the Visconti pen I wanted. I was initially impressed with the company's story and online video review of the pen I wanted to purchase. That strong first impression carried through to their web site, product selection, competitive pricing, rapid shipment, and communication. An outstanding experience.

I ordered a Vanishing point earlier this year. It was going to be my first fountain pen. I really knew nothing about pens at that time. I was in the area and because I was excited for my new pen I wanted to stop in and “nerd out” a bit. The owner spoke with me for at least an hour. He showed me many pens in all ranges of price and style. He noticed things in my handwriting, then would suggest ideas for pens that would fit my specific handwriting style! The attention to detail and incredible experience he provided to me (as a potential window shopper) was first class. Best service I’ve gotten from any retail outlet in the last decade, literally.

I needed a special and unique gift for a dear friend's birthday. I am fortunate to have found Anderson's Pens. I found (with much patient and helpful assistance from a sales associate) the perfect pen. Great selection, excellent customer service, and amazing inventory of pens and other gifts!

Anderson Pens is by far my favorite place to shop in Appleton. I have received nothing but the best service and insightful input from Brian.

I walked in out of curiosity a couple years ago and walked out with the BEST PEN I HAVE EVER USED!! Since then I have been slowly growing my collection of fountain pens, rollerballs, premium mechanical pencils, and a variety of notebooks and paper.

The only other places I've ever bought fountain pens were, once a couple cheap ones from amazon *~a mistake~* and the only other place was a stationary store in Japan during my visit a few months ago. However Anderson's is still by far the best store I have ever been to for fountain pens.

Good selection of pens. Doesn't matter your price range, you can probably find a pen that fits.
They are also very helpful and willing to take the time to help you find what suits you best.

I spent a half hour on the phone with Dave this morning as he walked me through selecting a rollerball for day to day use. I eventually selected a Lamy Studio LX Black Matte. I'm super excited to receive the pen. But regardless, the level of customer service I received will keep me coming back for all my pen needs in the future. I've talked with numerous pen retailers over the years but these folks are by far the best in delivering customer service. Can't recommend them highly enough!!

Fantastic selection, product knowledge, and the friendliest people you could ever ask for. A must stop for anyone from a person who just wants a better quality pen, to the extreme enthusiast.

The new location is great! Lots of lighting and plenty of room. Found exactly what I needed including parts for an old esterbrook that I am restoring. Also lots of great advice for how to do that

I love this place! The products are of utmost quality - this is to be expected. The breadth of options is great - this is appreciated. But, the unbelievable passion, kindness and above and beyond customer care is what makes this place the gem that it is.
I have been in multiple times and have had the exact same amazing experience.
Many times I have walked out with only an ink sample, yet Brian still would spend an hour chatting and answering questions.
Seriously, this is an off the charts wonderful store!

Stopped in for my first fountain pen yesterday and walked out with a very nice Pilot 743. Great service and products.

I have ordered from Anderson Pens multiple times and the service has always been great. They are fast to ship and they carry a wide selection of products. I purchased a pen as a gift for a friend, and when she had issues with the nib, they were helpful in making adjustments to it to ensure she had a better writing experience with it. I would definitely recommend this pen shop and hope to visit them in person someday!

If stationary and traditional art is something you enjoy, this store is for you. A wide range of writing and drawing pens. Fountain and dip pens are here. Inks line one side of the store for any color or amount you need. Journals in the back of many paper weights and styles. Unique and fun stationary cycle through, so make sure to keep an eye out for something for yourself or a loved one.
I have stopped here many times, and it has always been a treat. There are pens to match anyone's style, hand size, and needs. It's a fantastic store if you are looking to work on a specific project for personal or business, or just to get started in the wide world of paper crafts and journaling.

My wife and I had such a good experience at this small owner-operated pen and stationary shop. The customer service was outstanding and proprietors were patient and kind while we tested many fountain and rollerball pens. We both found wonderful pens for us and a number of accessories as well! I would highly recommend this store to anyone who enjoys pens and stationary; what a wonderful customer service experience.

The staff is always super helpful. After getting my first fountain pen this last spring. They have helped me find pens that fit my style, and inks that really set fountain pens apart from other types of pens. Just the color choices are almost endless. The new location is so much larger and they now have a parking lot.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Their inventory is quite large, and the repair services offered are awesome as well! I walked in intending to get the tools to fix a pen myself, but they were kind enough to offer to fix it for me.

One of the very few places I would say deserves 5 stars. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, clean, well lit,, the whole package. Staggering variety of pens, inks, stationary. Also, they have an extensive selection of hard bound journals. They have multiple choices for any price point. This is a great place to pick up gifts for anyone who enjoys writing, or pen enthusiasts (which I now know is a thing). They also accept returns and are more than willing to help if you have issues/problems with your fine writing instruments (fancy pens).

The gentleman who helped us today was kind and helpful . We are new to the fountain pen world and his knowledge was incredibly helpful. The offer a range of brands and styles of pens. They also have a large selection of ink samples, in a wide variety of colors. Which offers people the chance to try different brands before committing to a whole bottle. Would recommend if you are looking to purchase a nice fountain pen and accessories.

I stopped in here because I had several of my pens driving me nuts!! The gentleman that assisted me was...AWESOME!!
He was patient, listened to my issues with each unruly pen, adjusted or tweaked when needed and just genuinely made my day!
In fact I bought a new TWSBI Diamond ALR, 2 bottles of ink, some converters and paper!!
Will definitely reccomend to others and be back!!

This is an amazing pen store. I make sure to stop by every time I'm in town visiting family. I was particularly impressed with the man who helped me. He was very patient showing me all the pens including the pens way out of my price range. He helped me whittle down my choices. I would highly recommend going and I will be back. Thanks for the great help.
