JEFF and Jeramie went above and beyond they both deserve a raise !!! They great at helping me was very patient and as I was waiting I seen them both help a elder lady and mother was very patient and offer things above and beyond to help them as well this my first time with US CELLULAR AND NOW IM A customer I switched from Verzion and I would 100% suggest everyone goes gets the whole staff very friendly and patient thank you guys again I’m a long term customer!!

Destiny was very helpful during the upgrading of our phones. She was very professional and was even able to add a line for my father in law, who was very happy with his flip phone 🤣. Destiny is a great asset to your company as I am sure there are a lot of annoying customers who are not happy at times with a phone or service and she seems to be the one who could keep her composure and handle any situation put in front of her. Great job Destiny will definitely search for you if I need phone assistance in the future. Thank you again!

Extremely clean building and profession staff. Came in inquiring and did not feel like I was a burden or just another customer. Highly recommend!

I rate this place and it's store workers highly BUT rate the phone service low. Never had a problem over the years until I upgraded my service. Now it's constant trips back in there. Takes longer getting texts. Calls will black in and out while talking missing part of conversation or just keep loosing call multiple times. Half the time I cant even get service. Have tried two different phones with same result. Dont want or need repeated trips to store. All I want is a phone and service that I am paying to get. The in store people have been great with me but that doesn't solve my problem. I just want what they are taking my money for.

So ive had problems with my bills for like 6 months now, i have been in the store so many times and never got things figured out, until today. Zack, Ian, and Grace were so amazing. The guys worked so hard to figure things out but it was something above their control so Grace took over. Grace got everything taken care of as well as almost $1000 in credits that were due on my account. Was thinking of switching carriers but after today i wouldn't trade my service for anything!!! Thanks to them we were relieved...

Andrew, the agent present at this location was very helpful in assisting with my transaction today. He demonstrated compassion and efficiency in handling my issue. Andrew should be rated employee of the month!

We absolutely love the customer service at us cellular. We switched from another provider and have loved the service. The only flaw is you're in roaming in va but with no roaming charges it makes it not a problem.

Very nice, and dedicated to getting you out as soon as possible! They usually open up lines for people just paying bills, and try to handle things as nicely as they can! :D

I've had US Cellular for 18 years - I live in a remote area where other providers coverage doesn't work - MINE does!! I wouldn't switch!!
