I'll give it 5 stars...but only because I'm thankful it still exists downtown! How much longer, perhaps?

But...I don't like that it didn't have the Christmas tree above an entrance for 5h3 holiday season plus a concert for it on Thanksgiving Friday this year. It's shown in the photo on this site. Even the Boston Globe had a story about it. Please bring it back next year!

Your typical Macy’s and that’s a good thing. Do you know what to expect when you walk in. Lots of good deals during Thanksgiving. Well organized. I wish the bathroom was on the first floor. It was nice and warm inside and everyone seem happy

A very wide range of collection. Specially on perfumes cosmetics and beddings. Highly recommend their bedding and comforter sets over the other non branded ones.

Of course I wait till the last min to get a pair of heels for MY BDAY PARTY and I know Macys has a great selection Not only did I get a pair of Sexy Sun + Stone heels but the retail 70.00 were on sale for 13 WOW THATS a surprise gift to myself and The sales associate was great too

Great place for shopping in downtown boston. Go second floor for discounted shoes and clothes.

I bought the coolest Biker-type badass winter bomber jacket, not all puffy just perfect & the fit made me so happy! I love this store, oh & the jacket was on sale for $100, it's easily a $300 originally priced jacket!

Love Macy's for clothing perfume jewelry for kids they have everything I love Macy's they're good and their clothes are worth the money

Expensive but not so expensive using Macy’s card and coupons. You can get great products and name brands clothing suits shoes furniture kitchen products and more.

A bit confusing but employees are super helpful and will tell you where something is if you ask. Has a great discount clothes rack on the women's clothes floor. Was able to find all pieces for an outfit I needed for under $100. Also in a fun downtown area easily accessible by public transportation and with a lot of things to do nearby. Clean inside and had changing rooms open.

Excellent location , you can find everything in and out of the store in good prices and nearby Mall.

Good location where nearby subway, close at 9.00p.m, designated for type of selling items.

Consistently have good prices. I simply prefer brick-and-mortar for many purchases.
Use Macy's card and Star Rewards and save a boatload of money!

I ordered online with pick up in store and I truly love this feature!!! I usually order online with shipping to my home but since UPS doesn't always ring the bell, I decided to start using this feature. When the order was ready for pickup, I received an email with pickup instructions - where to go for pickup when I arrive at Macy's Boston. Pickup was quick with no issues. I showed the associate the email with the barcode as well as my ID and I received my item quickly. The associate was pleasant and provided great customer service. I will continue to use this feature again and again!!! Everyone should give it a try!

This Macys is simply huge and you will find different brands and clothing there. Amazing place.
