When I place an online order for drive up, and let them know I’m coming via the app, I’m always astonished that when I pull up, the employee is already in the parking lot bringing my things. I go to a lot of different Targets in the Cincinnati area, and this one hands-down is the best!

My daughter purchased her items and forgot her bag with her wallet in the wheelchair as she was returning it for her grandmother. I called t customer service and they searched every where until they finally found her items! So blessed and grateful for them! My daughter was in tears! Truly honest people! Thank you. 🙏🏼

Clean store, great staff. I’ve never had any trouble at this location. The aisles and shelves are always need and presentable. Prices good, app good, savings good. The staff are helpful and professional. Everyone seems to be in a generally good mood and willing to positively interact with customers.

My fav is the dollar spot! The drive pick up works great too, and friendly staff everytime.

Had everything my boyfriend and I needed and more! We ran into an old friend as well who works there and it was awesome to see them again! They have cheese balls everyone go run to target right now

Outstanding service at the CVS Pharmacy located inside Target. Very helpful with questions. Informative answers. The young lady who is an Pharmacy Assistant is always pleasant.

This Target was the only store that still had a specific item I was looking for. The store appeared mostly organized and they opened more checkout lanes when the lines were getting long. The cashier was also super friendly and didn't mind me using multiple gift cards I had saved up over the past couple of years. Their customer service is superior to other stores in the area.

This Target carries a lot of great items. I love their natural flavored coffees.

My online order pickup was quick and easy!

Easy to get in and out, found exactly what I was looking for quickly. Didn’t have much opportunity to interact with many employees, but those I did interact with were pleasant and professional.

Love there variety, brands, excellent customer service and reasonable prices.

I love the little dollar section. And they have a very cute birthday card selection. I recently went here looking for a birthday gift and ended up just looking at everything. I understand why people say they spend a lot here. Even their board game collection was great. I ended up getting a The Office themed board game and I can’t wait to give it as a gift. Overall the store was very easy to shop and navigate through and every time I walked by an employee they greeted me.

Excellent layout of purchase needs. I can find what I need in this Target location. Staff is very helpful in any department. I appreciate polite and knowledgeable staff.

This is probably my favorite target around. We do a lot of our non-grocery shopping here. They have a Starbucks as well as a cafe type area. Pretty typical selection of target stores. The store is laid out a little weird but we've never had trouble finding what we need. They seem to be pretty good about restocking and rotating stock.

Target is amazing for finding everything I need and more. Their pickup service saves me a lot of time, (and money when I don't stop to look at everything) with getting back to my day or getting home from a long day faster. Always happy to have a starbucks coffee too when I do take the time to browse. Always such a variety of what you need to meet every season for clothes, accessories, gifts and whatever else you may need. Love shopping here, always have. I have to give Target major props for their smart marketing and layout of the store. Their app makes finding items you need easy, you can find extra things to browse and stock is usually always available. Holidays are the only time I see shelves getting bare and I love that the stores are always well kept and clean. Best place to shop, much much better than competition, hell comparison wise there is no competition in my mind because I don't go to them. Yes, I am very bias but I just love shopping at Target.
