AT&T Store

The store manager (mark) and Gaby were amazing!!!!! This is seriously the most helpful store in the Bay! We came from Oakland just because their customer service on the phone was so amazing! I really appreciate all the kindness and help with our new phones.

I finally upgraded my whack 11 pro to the 15 pro max and Mark was absolutely great at helping me out. He had a lot of patience with me and answered all my questions and I appreciate that a lot. Not a lot of people know how to give detailed information with great customer service. Mark is an outstanding manager and I haven't received this level of professionalism in a long time!

After a bad couple experiences at Fitzgerald AT&T we went to the San Pablo store, and wow what a difference!!! The whole staff was helpful and nice, but especially the manager Mark. He was patient, took initiative, honest and made a hassle of a day a nice, seamless one :) thank you again Mark and staff!!!

The Store manager Mark made it the Easiest, Fastest & smoothest process getting a phone. I didn’t have my id but I had another form of ID. He helped with no problem. Got the newest iphone in under 1 hour discounts included. In & Out. New phone & Discounted Screen Protector & Accessories. Highly recommend

Went in to get issues regarding my account and internet services and not only did the process go smoothly, but, the store manager, Mark, was very helpful, given the experience I had in another store, to have my issue sorted.

I came in today because my phone had fallen and the screen cracked and met Mark. He was very pleasant, was patient with me, has a very good customer service and very knowledgeable. I encourage everyone to visit this store. They have the best customer service ever.
