I am a creature of habit. I am very comfortable with my service and reasonable costs even with the growing company changes.

This visit. Turned on an inactive device with the goal to get more hotspot a month.
Start $60 month unlimited data and 15 G hotspot.
Result, 2 lines at $45 each family plan $90. Unlimited data on both AND 15 G hotspot on both, i get total 30G for $30 more a month.

Note: There is a new hotspot device for $79+tx, $50 monthly service for 100 G of hotspot. I dont need that much.

I was looking for a decent phone for a friend who started working and salesperson suggested a phone, without asking my needs and pricing. Was put on a Highest Price plan without asking the plan I was looking.
