I was greeted upon entry of this store and treated like a valued customer. The store is very clean and well organized. They also carry hand sanitizer and wipes for your convenience. All of my issues were resolved while I was there and couldn't be happier. Kudos to management and the staff!

I went in to this location to add a line and a tablet. Alessandro was the best. T-Mobile was having trouble making it happen in their system, so Alessandro made me a promise that he would make it happen. Well it took a few hours, but Alessandro made good on his promise, spent a few hours of his own time on the phone with T-Mobile. I highly recommend Alessandro to anyone looking for service, he was energetic, fun and never gave up. Definitely gained my business any time I'm back in town. Thanks again

I went to this t-mobile out of every t mobile i Stockton this is by far the best one !! the reps are so friendly. The manager Israel was super caring with us made sure everything was taken care off before we left.
