Claire Sublaban, Is a warm energy to the environment. Very personable and professional. Usually don’t find these unique traits in customer service.

I will definitely be coming back to this location. Claire and Citlali were absolutely amazing and so patient. There was a difficult customer in line in front of me, being very rude and they remained very respectful and finished assisting the customer. This is my go to UPS store from now on, will never go to another location again.

The staff at the morada lane location are absolutely wonderful!! They are efficient and rapid in the helping customers!!!

Just one customers opinion but I frequent this store often and Heather, Jelia and Claire are always smiling, extremely friendly and very prompt with their services offered. Quite a magical group if you ask me… 😁 I thoroughly enjoy my experiences at this particular UPS Store. Keep up the great customer service ladies. 🙏

I contacted the UPS to price compare for a small business mailbox and the Associate was very informative about the services that came with mailbox service and the prices and sizes. The Associate also offered other business service that UPS store provides such as flyers and business cards. The Associates were polite , attentive and greeted me with a smile. The prices were competitive with other Franchise stores. I would definitely recommend this store for future services.

The young black lady that works there is so very polite. I watched her from line deal with a difficult customer, her patience is remarkable. It’s so convenient to have the UPS store inside of Raley’s, this was a great decision.

The lady was so helpful and I HIGLY recommend. I was having a bad day trying to figure out what happened to my package. She was so patient and tried to help. As it turned out the shipper messed up and sent it to the wrong UPS Store. I will go out of my way to us them again. Thank you so much.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service at this store is horrible. I had my package delivered here and I went to pick it up the next day. I tel the cashier I have a package there and I tell her my name. SHE LOOKS OVER TO THE COUNTER AND SAYS WE DONT HAVE ANYTHING. SHE DIDNT EVEN TRY TO LOOK FOR IT. “Manager” comes and looks up my tracking number and says they have nothing saying that they got it. But when I look up my tracking number it says it’s at the store ?? I make a claim and it comes up that my package is lost. I call the store again and ask if they have my package because it was delivered the week before. Again they don’t look for it and say if you don’t pick it up in a few days it gets sent back.
Once my time is up to pick my package up I check the tracking… it is in ROUTE BACK TO THE SENDER. HOW WAS MY PACKAGE LOST YET NOW ITS ON THE WAY BACK TO THE SENDER?? NOBODY at this location could help me!!! I’ll never have anything shipped to me through UPS so I don’t have to deal with this “store” again
