Outstanding customer service, came in on a Saturday afternoon 30minutes before closing then these gentleman stayed over an hour past their shift to make sure we got the care we needed. Highly recommend this store, it’s ran by patient, kind and genuine employees. Would recommend to anyone.

Andres was so helpful and patient helping me switch from Verizon to AT&T. Verizon was so difficult giving me the transfer pins to transfer my service I had to sit there for almost two hours because of this. The manager that came to help was also amazing! I’m so thankful for them and so happy I switched my wireless service over to AT&T so that I no longer have to deal with BS from Verizon. Two fabulous employees best customer service!

Excellent! Steven, the assistant manager, really knows what customer service is. He and Johnny delivered me a stellar attention in complex transfer of assets and numbers between my 2 companies. I really recommend them and the store.

I had a wonderful customer experience at this store. I walked in a little frustrated as I had gotten my phone wet. A store employee, Stacy, greeted me right away and helped me find a new phone. In addition, the manager, Tiffany was able to reduce my bill by 25 percent. I am very grateful and will frequent that store again.

Daniel, the manager, helped me in the process of returning my phone after an error in my trade-in. Not only did he explain the process thoroughly, repeating the steps when necessary, but he also assisted in setting up the return in his tablet and making sure my new phone with the return label was sent. After I had encountered employees who didn't care enough about assisting their customers, Daniel was a blessing for me as he pleasantly and professionally went over the process with me. I couldn't recommend him enough!

I waited to work with your extraordinarily smart, wonderfully knowledgeable and always patient STEVEN. When I arrived, your always courteous staff immediately tried to assist me, but I wanted to complete my purchase with Steven. He had been working for a few hours with someone who needed to speak Spanish so I chose to wait for him. I live in Boca, but schlep to Deerfield because Steve is the best tech. AT&T has working anywhere!

Been going to this store this location for years. Always treated me with patience and respect.
Today I was there saw Daniel. Could not have been nicer. I am not technically savvy yet he had the patience to deal with repeated questions.
Looked up my account found a better rate for me and handled the whole experience with professionalism.

A very polite and knowledgeable gentleman attended to me while also assuring others in-line that he would get to them.
I wish other stores had this quality of staff and service.

I always look for customer service when ever I frequent a store and this AT&T store in particular was nothing short of exceptional. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome by an associate by the name of Robert F. He was very attentive , super knowledgeable and explained everything down to detail. He made it very easy for me to make my choice. He exemplified what a store manager should be like not just a sales associate. Will be coming here for future purchases if need be.

There’s a manager named kevin and he’s the best very helpful

Went to 2 other places, consulted with 7 other techs and still had the problem. Spoke with Steven B and Andres Q at the Deerfield place and they solved the problem in 5 minutes. It’s the only AT&T place I will use from now on. Those guys are knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with.

I’d like to thank Carlos for restoring my faith in AT &T. He helped me prepare & submit my phone for a rebate today. Carlos was much more knowledgeable and helpful than ANY person I spoke to at AT&T (I tried about 8 different people). If you are interested in new products & want correct & clear information, you will be pleased with Carlos at the Deerfield AT&T store.

Steven was so helpful and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to search for the best deals for the purchase of my phone and the different packages for tv and wifi. Great service!!

I came to this location today to upgrade to the iPhone 12. I was very nervous because I have had my phone for 6 years and my iCloud was tied to an email address I no longer use. Carla helped me set up my phone and she did all the things I had no idea how to do! I am very happy with my new phone and I’m so happy Carla was able to make this painless for me!

The employee Soon was amazing. Seriously the most patient man ever. I had my family (4) people asking questions at the same time and he answered each question and made sure we all left happy

Nice location, easy parking. I only waited about 2 min until someone named Marcus helped me. He was very helpful and lowered my bill. Even called me the next day to make sure I knew how to use my new Android. Would recommend and will be going back soon.
