I ordered a living room set on line from Babcock. The next day I went to there Port Orange Store to see what everything looked like in person. The Saleman Phillip Young was so helpful. He showed me what I order and we made a few changed to the order and added a few items. Thank you so much Phillip for helping and assisting me. You definitely went above and beyond to help me out. Your company definitely NEEDS more people like Phil. Helpful, considerate, understanding!!! Great Costumer Service !!!! Thank you once I again. I am very excited to get my new furniture !

I had a livingroom set which began to lose color. Fortunately the warranty I bought gave me full credit for a new Set which was delivered today. Matt who led the replacement was superb and knowledgeable of the process. The icing on the cake were the two young men (missed their names) who delivered it, reminded me of the old days when respect and professionalism was the norm. The three should be highly commended. Their parents should be proud of them.

In all the years I have lived in this area this store is hands down the best furniture store in the area with a fantastic team! Matt, Caleb, Phillip really pulled out all stops to help me get a recliner prior to my major surgery unfortunately it could not be delivered in time to help me with my rehab. So i returned when I was first able now not needing a recliner they found be a great sectional and delivered it promptly.
Because of the surgery the Couch turned out to be too low a seating position that I was unable to get in or out of it comfortably and with out considerable pain.

I went back to the store on the second day of too much pain and explained the situation. Matt the 'big dog' along with his crew Caleb and Phillip came up with an awesome swap that will be deliver early next week. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Most stores in the area would have laughed me out of the store. had I explained my predicament to them. Matt and his awesome team demonstrated so much compassion and empathy for my situation. listened and came up with an out of the box solution for me. Thanks so much for listening and going out of your way to help gents you are and asset to the company.

I can not recommend Babcocks highly enough. if you don't check them out you are doing yourself a disservice. they know their stuff and care about their customers!

We just bought a beautiful living room set at Badcock a few days ago! We have nothing but a great experience from buying with a wonderful young men by the name CALEB to getting it delivered! TRE and KYLE went far and beyond to make sure all was perfect and they were super professional 👌 we would not hesitate to go back!! TY

This is my second time purchasing furniture from Badcock. I am very well pleased with my dining room set. So my husband and I said let's go see if we can find a living room set. Chasity was very pleasant and friendly. She assisted us with getting credit from the store. We knew what we wanted and she took the time and patience to make sure we was a satisfy customer.

Mason was so nice and so much fun! We appreciated him very much. He made it so nice to shop there! I was not home for my delivery however my husband (didn't get their names) said they were very nice, polite and quick to get it done!! I think I am hooked and a customer forever thank you Badcock!!

This is my fourth time purchasing stuff there Badcock , mine was done over the financing offers which was amazing also all of the sales people were great they always remember me from past purchases and always are very helpful and guide me in the right direction. Give me space to look around and my furniture is always there on time and put together perfectly I’m very happy with badcock and always refer my friends and family there.

Mason's approach made me feel very comfortable. I had a lot of questions about a speed queen washer, he was very knowledgeable & was able to answer all of my questions. He was patient, polite & professional, he quoted possible prices. I never felt pressured, his salesman style was so engaging & by the way this entire exchange took place over the phone. He impressed me so much that I left my home went to the store & purchased the washer 15mins before closing because I was that impressed w/ Masons' salesmanship skills. I have owned the washer for a week & am thoroughly happy w/ the price, the product & most of all - the way I was treated by Mason. Mason is a stellar representation of Badcock.

Thanks for you quick response regarding delivery charge. After several inquiries to other Furniture stores on their policies, I understand why you charge. I was just shocked when I was not told about the fee. My husband and I had a great experience at this store. Our salesperson Sarah was friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. She found us the perfect recliner for our new home that fit within our budget and answered all of our questions. My husband loves his new recliner!

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. It's not a high pressure sales pitch out of any of them. The staff allows the customer time to browse the store and ask questions. They're warranty/exchange policy is very good.

Payton Candales went above and beyond to assist us while we were at the store. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help us make great furniture selections. We felt like family by the time we were finished at the store.

Matt was the bomb in assisting us with new furnishings for our new home. He not only showed patience while we walked back and forth sitting on the sofas, he did it with a genuine smile and great attitude. His knowledge of the mattresses was second to none. He searched the other stores to find a second end table for the living room. I always assumed that their prices would be out of range, but after visiting a couple of other stores, we made our final purchases with them.

John John was so helpful! He was informative and very helpful in locating things in the store we over looked. The whole staff is just so nice, I recommend anyone to go there who wants a low pressure atmosphere with attentive staff.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating cause my husband and I changed our minds probably 3 times! We ended up buying living room set and dining room set and a brand new to washer and dryer and I Love love Love it!!!! Totally recommend them!!!!!!

I was greeted upon entering, the salesman took me to exactly what I was looking for, the price was great and within minutes I was cashed out and delivery was scheduled!

I have made several purchases from Badcock in the past at the original store on Mason. It's good to see the new store has great selections and I had contact with three different associate's. All were polite and well versed in the item I was looking at.
